Some, maybe even most, overweight people become overweight when they're young. Some people just have bigger bones; maybe all they could do was watch tv or something. We all should have tried harder to not get overweight, but we did. And we need to stop thinking of it as "Gee, all I have to do is exercise and stop eating bad" like its a snap! I know u guyss kno its a lot harder than that. Im used to eating what i want when i want, and, i know this sounds stupid, but i feel like crying from frustration at the fact that everyone else around me can eat what they want whenever they want. Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 151 - Here is a tuna diet story: I had a friend who went on this Tuna-Diet 2 years ago. Every day for 2 weeks he ate nothing but tuna, and he also excerocized vigourously. In 2 weeks on the diet he lost 20 pounds, and then he went off it, getting back to his normal eating habits. Over the next 2 weeks he gained 30 pounds, proving that the tuna diet is a complete failure and messes up your metabolism. THis is a true, real life story. If you want to take your chances messing up your metabolism, well I'll pay off in the short-run, but not in the long-run.

Ht. 5'11, Wt. - ok, heres the deal- i get up at 5am for skool, maybe eat cereal or egg sandwich, come home at 12:15 to eat lunch, work 1-6, about 7-8 watch tv but exercise while watching-makes time go faster- eat dinner of course.... im hoping this will help me a lot bc im am doing other things to boost my self esteem- im going tanning every night, ive bleached my teeth with those crest white strips, and ive started talking to people at school more- u kno, the ones i wouldnt imagine myself to be friends with...... so yea, anyways is there any1 my height out there and overweight?

Ht. 5' 3", Wt. 130 - Hey everyone! So far I've lost 20 lbs but for the past few weeks i've been stuck! I'm watching what i eat; small portions and healthy foods, but i was wondering how much I should be exercizing... I've been swimming, running and doing crunches but i'm not sure how long i should do all of these for. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155 - I'm 15 yrs old ans weigh 155 lbs. almost 160lbs. I've always been thin till I went to the 7th grade it went all down hill frm there.I've always been active I've played soccer since I was 7 and stopped last year and gained more weight then.All of my friends are skinny and thin with great bodies and me on the other hand I look awful compared to them I find myself getting jealous and comparing myself to them.I @ times get depressed and feel like loseing weight is impossible for me I dont want to lose alot of weight just enough 20lbs. that would make me happy just 20lbs. but I need help I need to lose weight.
