Ht. 6'3, Wt. 270 - First Off i wanna encourage those whom are on the tuna diet, good job, keep it on!. Second I just wanna say to lauren omega 3 oils our the healthiest fats in the world, that actually help you lose weight. when you stated that 2 or more omega 3 portions is bad for you, well i wanted to laugh. You must be think of the mercury in tuna not the omega 3 oils. Unless your pregnant dont worry about the mercury. You can eat 99 cans a day and not have any harm done, One day these little girls will know what there talking about. This is no fad Diet and you will not gain your weight back.
once you hit your goal then lightly go ack to normal food, and eat healthy like any normal person should, backed by exercise you wont gain a pound. Untill you know what your talking about , Dont say anything, the tuna diet works wonders.

Ht. 4'11, Wt. 147 - I've begun putting half an ounce of liquid kelp in my water everyday. It is full of vitamins and it speeds up your metabolism! It tastes a little weird but you get quick results.

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 175 - hey, well this is my first time on anything like this so yea!!! anyway, well i want to lose some fat by this january and because it is my first snowball (a big school dance) this year and i want to look good in this dress i really love. but nobody nos that!!! anyway, well i am always wearing boy cloths like cargo shorts and and big t-shirts and it really bugs me because i always go by like the girls section and just wish i could fit into those cloths (why do they have to be so f-ing small?)!!! well, enough of me complaning. if anyone ever wants to just vent or just talk about whatever u can "im" me @ kec2009 or e-mail me @ kec2009@aol.com.. oh and thanks for listening (well really just reading my message)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 149 - Yesterday I went jean shopping and gaining what i thought was 5-8 pounds of fat it was muscle! Or turned into muscle and then some because I was like a size 13..11 something like that and now can almost be a 9 if i lose some fat i will be. It makes me happy espacially considering the fact that I use to be all consumed by the number on the scale. Do you think if I get down to 128 I could possibly be a size 5?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - hey....so today i did well but then went to a friends house and had chips and twizzlers and slush... ughhhhh!! but i went to the store and bought special K cereal, yogurt, pria bars, apple sauce, and propel... random i know lol... so i was wondering i have to lose 5 pounds between now and august 27th... one, is this possible and 2 if i eat cereal or yogurt or egg beaters in the morning, some type of protein for lunch with a low carb pita or wrap, and then wat my mom cooks for dinner and only snacks would be fruit or veggies or pria bar... could i lose 5 pounds by the 27th? and is going to curves enough of a workout for a day? and one more thing lol does anyone want to be weight loss buddies?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155 - Alright you guys, i have been reading these past posts and some people in here are getting very discouraging and snotty with others. Look all i kno is that i am here because i would like to lose weight and it makes me comfortable asking other over weight people, thinking they were in the same position as me.. and to be honest i havent been feeling that latley. You guys need respect for each other b' cause as far as i kno... even if u do lose weight it wont matter if u dont have respect for others. sorry if no one agrees with this but i had to say somthing.

Im really pleased with myself, ive lost 2 stone in 3 months, is that good?
Its the first time ive dieted and it went well. It was really easy. This is how i did it:
Breakfast: Bowl of Special K cereal with skimmed milk
Lunch: Apple, Celery, Grapes
Dinner: anything thats about 600-800 calories, which includes either salad or vegetables.
I cut out bread and pasta. And only had wholemeal bread every now and then. I drank mostly water, cut out sweet things during the week, and only had them when i went out for meals and on Saturdays. I gave in to sweet things alot but my diet still worked.
The only exercise i did was P.E once a week for an hour, and walking home from school everyday which takes about half an hour.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 165 - Here is what i have eaten today..Breakfast: Smart Start soy protein cereal w/ whole milk and green tea(about 275 cals), Lunch:Rice with this sauce and vegetables in a flour tortilla (i know this is alot but 570 cals), Snack:Mango. So thats 845 which isn't too bad. If i get hungry before dinner again ill have some more fruit or veggies, and then ill have about 400 cals for dinner which leaves me enough calories to have half a cup of ice cream after dinner (its soy ice cream (tons better than reg and has 170 per half cup)). I also worked out for half an hour and may do pilates for another 20 minutes before dinner. Howd I do?
