Ht. 5' 3", Wt. 130 - Hey everyone! So far I've lost 20 lbs but for the past few weeks i've been stuck! I'm watching what i eat; small portions and healthy foods, but i was wondering how much I should be exercizing... I've been swimming, running and doing crunches but i'm not sure how long i should do all of these for. Does anyone know if there is like a guideline or suggested quantity of exercize perday to lose weight? Thanks so much!

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 136 - why is it than when people post that fad diets wont work it gets deleted? shouldnt the blubberbuster people be trying to get kids away from unhealthy fad diets and into a more healthy lifestyle change?? they should be deleting these stupid posts that tel you to workout everyday and eat 900 calories a day.not right.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 155 - I'm 15 yrs old ans weigh 155 lbs. almost 160lbs. I've always been thin till I went to the 7th grade it went all down hill frm there.I've always been active I've played soccer since I was 7 and stopped last year and gained more weight then.All of my friends are skinny and thin with great bodies and me on the other hand I look awful compared to them I find myself getting jealous and comparing myself to them.I @ times get depressed and feel like loseing weight is impossible for me I dont want to lose alot of weight just enough 20lbs. that would make me happy just 20lbs. but I need help I need to lose weight.

Ht. 5'11, Wt. - hey ya'll, i work at a daycare and do u kno how all these kids keep fit? we play a game where they run around in circles to music, and when the music stops, they have to stop or they get out of the game- dont u wish we had this much energy to call that fun?

Ht. 5'7, Wt. st: 194 now: 195 - YAY i feel sooo good i ran round my block and it took 5 mins but still its good for me and i did toning today and i went swimming and im drinkin water havent had pop in a few weeks and YAY but i was wondering if i had like 2 donuts today if it will end up being ok since i did a lot of excericse....

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Is anyone here vegetarian? I have been thinking about becoming one and i need some advice. I dont wanna become vegetarian just because i will lose weight, i want to do it because i hate the way they kill animals. And this world started off eating nothing but anything from the ground. Ht. 5'3", Wt. 212 Goal:145 - I want to get down to 145 pounds, but there are lots of girls my height(and weigh near or less than my goal), posting on here that they are fat and need to lose weight. It makes me feel bad, so I am just wondering if I am insane for wanting to get down to just 145 and no less???

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - Hello everyone. I am aiming to lose about 20 pounds before I turn 15,which is in March. I have very bad lung problems and have been on steroids my whole life. They have made me gain weight. But I can't exercise because of my lungs. I eat very healthy but cannot lose weight. Does anybody have any tips?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 170 - Fad diets can suck.
Only eating tuna or chicken for your life is ridiculously stupid.
You have to eat a variety of foods not just one type.
And five or Six meals a day is good because it speeds up your metabolism. VERY small portions though, you can't pig out five-six meals. Eating every three hours is good for your mid section, again the speeding metabolism and your stomach will be immune to digesting the food faster.
-Like corn-flakes or something for breakfast and then three hours later like a peice of whole wheat bread with fried in (olive oil) veggies and then like after three more hours a bowl of fruit. In the midst of all this: WATER POWER!
Cardio is awesome so do that as well...what really helps (I think) is CRAZY DANCING! lol like dance alone in your room with the door locked... (view more)
