Ht. 5'6, Wt. 183 - hey guys! Ok um guys I really want to lose weight. I was looking in the mirror doing my hair when I realized, hey im really good lookin. I just need to lose 30 lbs and I'd be SO FREKIN HOT. lol not to be boastful or anything, its just please I have lots of female friends lol and I talk to them all the time and I think some of them would like me...more than a friend if I lost some weight. I'm looking for an actual diet or plan that works. I ride my bike everyday for like 1-2 miles. I dont want people to respond and be like, "Just eat right". What I really want is a wheight buddy (preferably a female lol) to email and to help me out. Ok well plz plz plz write back I NEED HELP! p.s. and im really good at basketball but I would seriously be so so awsome like the best ever if I got in shape and lost some weight. ty!!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 159.2 - ugh.. ok..im gonna stop weighing myself everyday. like, i need to stop it gets me to depressed. im only weighing myself every monday...and im gonna stop counting calories and start "eating healthy" coutning calories i usally end up eating to little..and i "forget" to count things that are bad sometimes..eating healthy you cant "forget" anything..ok, hopefully i can do this

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 168 - what the f***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr dude i woke up this morning and weighed myself and usually i never weight more than 170 and i efiing weighed 176 pounds this morning.. what the hell im gonna cry.. so i weighed myself again and it said 174.. still what the hell.. so i weighed myself again and it said 173 and now its staying at 173. but i dont understand i like have been working so hard to lose weight why the fu.k am i gaining it.. errr this is really depressing i hate this errrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - if i jumprope for like 2 hours every day, would it give me the same results as walking 2 hours a day?its a lot easier for me to jump rope then run or walk because i live in a place where its hard to find a place to run or walk.

Ht. 5'1, Wt. --- - Hey i heard this really works this girl tryed it and she lost 15 pounds int two weeks! what u do is eat cornflakes and some milk but enough for u not too much...and have a healthy lunch not too much fat~~and then if u get hungry eat fruit just fruit nothing don't give in to the urge just eat any fruit if u get hungry!
