i went to the river with my nephew today and we were buggin to guys there and one is really really really cute and i was annoying him then later on he left and we followed him and then he asked why are you following us and we said cause we wanna and then he said what u going to go to my house and watch me take a shower and i said sure and he said oh god go home and stuff it was funny as hell...
lol anywayz i went out bike ridein practicly all day then i went to the river and was jumping on the trampoline i think ima go back and swim soon so wish me luck sorry bout up there i just thought id post that :D *~Montana~*

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - k i think i did ok today...for breakfast i had a piece of whole wheat toast with a tiny bit of peanut butter and a low fat yogurt with some tea(i use splenda for sugar)..for lunch i had some cucumber and a piece of whole wheat bread with some low-fat cheese on it...later in the day for a snack i had a banana and then for dinner i had a little bit of grilled chicken, brown rice and some greek salad. I also ran 2 miles. Is that good?

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 215 - Turns out I don't have to go swimming and hate my body in a bathing suit, yay!!! But me and my little sis are going to try to lose weight together, I want to eventually lose 70 pounds, and she wants to lose about 15. So here's what we're doing: She is gonna try to eat less and stay away from the sweets, and so am I but I am gonna try to reduce my calories to 1000-1500 a day, and we are gonna do about 15 mins. of muscle building exercise (like push ups sit-ups,etc.) and then 15-20 minutes of cardio. Does this sound good enough, like we will reach our goals and stuff by doing this?!?!? I would really appriciate some feedback :) thanks!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Ok well its wicked hot out and im bored and all im doing is sitting around the house going on the computer and eating since it is 2 hot to go outside.....so i ate really bad 2 day which is a prombem..here goes nothing: brek: 4 small pancakes (homemade) w/ syrup and fruit, then i had a 160 cal ceral bar :( it waz a coco puffs 1.lunch: turkey sandwhich on white bulky roll w/ mayo...ugha then a 100 cal pack, then heathly choice ice cream and i but peanut butter it in and a piece of chocolate....UGH...i hav a cross country practice 2 day its the 1st 1 but idk if we r gonna be running or not so yeh....ahhh....but im gonna go on the tredmill and burn 800 cals...perhaps that will burn off some of te horrible stuff i ate.......ugha...im mad at me self..can any 1 help me????????

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 - anyway am so happy, when i went 2 the gym today i met a girl named gaby she's so cool, she's kinda chubby but she's so sweet when we were doing the step and i was super tired she encouraged me and in 20 min i burned 139 calories...anyway she lost 15lbs in two weeks eating breakfast milk ad cornflakes drinking tons of water and stuff and eating a good filling lunch an d not having dinner...she doesn't starve and she works out...she's encouraged me so much...

Ht. 5'7, Wt. st: 194 now: 195 - I know I gained a pound but tis that time of the month but my weightloss goal for this week is goin to be 5 pounds so i am goin to be working extra hard and everything and hope to make that weightloss goal..... I am having a tough time with eating like i eat too much and everything i need to cut back...well i am now goin to try my best to loose 5 pound sk if the celeb fit club can do it so can i good luck everyone...

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 183 - Ok um guys I really want to lose weight. I was looking in the mirror doing my hair when I realized, hey im really good lookin. I just need to lose 30 lbs and I'd be SO FREKIN HOT. lol not to be boastful or anything, its just please I have lots of female friends lol and I talk to them all the time and I think some of them would like me...more than a friend if I lost some weight. I'm looking for an actual diet or plan that works. I ride my bike everyday for like 1-2 miles. I dont want people to respond and be like, "Just eat right". What I really want is a wheight buddy (preferably a female lol) to email and to help me out. Ok well plz plz plz write back I NEED HELP! p.s. and im really good at basketball but I would seriously be so so awsome like the best ever if I got in shape and lost some weight. ty!!

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 151 - Okay, heres the deal. A while back I lost a lot of weight, 22 pounds to be exact going from 165 to 143. But over the past 2 months I have gained nearly a pound a week back and I'm starting to worry. I just had to come back to just tell you whats going on, and what I should do to stop and/or reverse my gain. I've come so far, I don't want to loose it!
