Ht. 5'3, Wt. 340 - Hello, I've been struggling with my weight since I was in 3rd grade. My mom has pushed me into many diets but all I do is gain back more than I lose. I've tried everything except surgery. I gained 100 pounds in 2 1/2 years. It's depressing to see girls 1/3 my size saying their so fat.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 159 - ARRGGGGGGGG today sucked i was doing really well until like 3 then i had a bunch of junk and crap but i did pretty good for exersize i played basketball for a few hours hopefully i can do better tomorrow
by the way if anyone has any good meal ideas that are pretty easy to make please post them

i went to the river with my nephew today and we were buggin to guys there and one is really really really cute and i was annoying him then later on he left and we followed him and then he asked why are you following us and we said cause we wanna and then he said what u going to go to my house and watch me take a shower and i said sure and he said oh god go home and stuff it was funny as hell...
lol anywayz i went out bike ridein practicly all day then i went to the river and was jumping on the trampoline i think ima go back and swim soon so wish me luck sorry bout up there i just thought id post that :D *~Montana~*

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - k i think i did ok today...for breakfast i had a piece of whole wheat toast with a tiny bit of peanut butter and a low fat yogurt with some tea(i use splenda for sugar)..for lunch i had some cucumber and a piece of whole wheat bread with some low-fat cheese on it...later in the day for a snack i had a banana and then for dinner i had a little bit of grilled chicken, brown rice and some greek salad. I also ran 2 miles. Is that good?
