Ht. 5'6, Wt. 183 - Guys im struggling sooo much with this diet. Dan told me about it you eat tuna every meal and add some vegies if you want. Oh and drink only water. It is just like he said it would be. The first three days are HELL lol. Im startin to get hungry and we have butter lovers popcorn in the kicthen!! And cake in the fridge lol. HELP!!

Ht. 5"6, Wt. start: 350 now:346 - I LOST FOUR POUNDS! okay, heres what i did: i ate a veggie burger for dinner, had salad on the side w/ lowfat dressing. for a snack, i had raw vegetables, such as celery, carrots, etc. i borrowed my moms old weight watchers excersise video tapes, went swimming for an hour a day, and did 100 crunches a day. i feel so good, and i think i can accomplish anything now! thanks!!!!

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 170 - If you go on the slim fast diet, do you ONLY eat slim fast (breakfast, lunch and dinner)? Or is it like, you replace one or two meals a day with it?

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 140 - LOL I started the tuna diet today I woke up late so at like 4:15 I had a most of a packet of tuna. and thats all I'm gonna eat it really fills you up ( Ilove tuna!) and on accident I had 2 glasses of milk. Tomorrow I'll do better and eat more hopfully wake up earlier!

Ht. 5 8.5', Wt. *** - oh ya..and dose anyone know how to lose a pound in a day? I heard you have to burn all the calories you take in, but but I read somewhere that said you only have to burn atleast 250 calories. Im confused!

Ht. 5.6, Wt. 175 - Hey everyone! This is my first time posting here, and I just wanted to say that reading your posts has really encouraged me! I've been working hard for almost two weeks now, and although this second week has been harder than the first, my will power is strong!
I was wondering if anyone could give me an opinion on white bread; I eat wholemeal slices of bread (usually with homemade jam or Weight Watches low fat spread) but I also eat plain white bagels. I know wholemeal is much better, but are the bagels doing me a lot of harm? I eat about 2 per week.
I'm also not into exercise, but today I gave it a go. It was only 15 minutes on my Dad's stepping machine, but I'm going to build up slowly; maybe walk my dog (Robbie :D) later tonight, too. How long do you recommend a walk to last, for it to be of use to... (view more)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 158 - Lol okay yea... im a girl and worried about losing her "chest" if in fact i do lose weight. I kno this sounds silly lol but is there any exsersizes to make them bigger. Thats all i wanna do is become skinnier and have no chest LOL!!!

I plan to start over and do healthy and exercise good and stuff. I think im starting to do better these last few days the main thing i want to do is get down to 120 lbs i want a flater stomach and my theighs are sooo f*cking fats is nasty and annoying i hate it! Every morning im going to ride my bike to sit-ups...some push-ups and during the day ill jump on the trampoline ride bike more go swimming if its hot out etc.. I really wanna tone my body up too. And i was thinking about going back on the fruit and veggie diet cause at least i lost weight on thhat almost 20 lbs i got off that diet and i just started being lazy thats what made me gain the weight back :( anywayzz good luck peoplez!!!! :)
