Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - i used to be on this site like everyday, i've missed so many pages! i have GAINED 8 LBS in 2 WEEKS but i lost a whole pant size(from 10 to 8) and never felt better. i want to tell everyone not to stress if you are not losing weight but are on a program of somekind, you are probably losing INCHES which is way better. Good luck to evryone who's trying to change thier lives.!! YES now i can go back to school shopping and feel totally great, hmm what should i get? ps. if you want tips about losing inches, just reply to this post and i'll help you. :))

Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. start:175 now:155 - yay! i felt brave so i tried on some of my old clothes and they fit! at the beginning of the summer i was a size 12 and now i fit into my old size 8 jeans!!!!!!! i'm so happy so i gave myself a treat! a large rolo mcflurry which is around 300 cals. but it filled my tummy up! this is really good i went down 2 sizes!!!!!!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 - I've been exercising every day, 60 min of cardio. The elliptical totally kills, i can only do 10 min.or 15. Anyway, i just wanted to tell everybody thats been exercising and working hard to lose weight, u can do it, after aq week i tummy looks so much flatter..u can do it too!!! Go everyone, u can do it...

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - ok howd i do today. i no it wasnt my best but i think it was ok..anyway brek: kashi cereal, 1/2 cup fruit (290 calories) lunch: salad w/ tuna (250 calories) snack: 100 cal pack (100 cals) dinner: 2 mini wheat bagel pizzas (425 calories) so basically i had 1065 cals today, and ill prob. have sugar free jello yesterday.. its raining now, but ill prob. run a mile later or play a little tennis, and i already swam a little today howd i do?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 144 - hey I was watching oprah the other day and she said if you drink green tea every day like 2 times a day. and you dont have to diet or do anything diffirent or excorsice you can lose 6-8 pounds a month just by drinking green tea!!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160.8 - Hey guys :) ok so as i posted lastn ight, i did horrible yesterday. i've been doing so good the past few days, but i went out with my friends and totally messed up. i know that i didnt have anymore then like, 2500 calories though.. but, yesterday morning i weighed 160.8..now today (i no, i weigh myself every moring) i was 163.6..I deff. couldnt have gained 3 lbs .. so its just water weight right?? and will i lose it by next week? i hope so ..oh , and the scale was always in the same place and i wasnt wearing clothes and all that both times
