Ht. 5'7, Wt. no comment - i'm so deppressed. last week i didn't eat so much, and i went running and lost 5 pounds. thats really good, and i'v never lost that much weight before. but now my crush thinks i'm an idiot cuz i sent him a really stupid email, and i don't know what to do to undo it. I found ice cream in the freezer. i'm trying to stay away from it though. please help

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 145 - Hey, I'm just back to say that I think I did really good today. I went for a 3 mile bike ride and did some push ups and sit ups. My total amount of calories for today is 1220 and 26.9 grams of fat. That's for everything that I'm eating today. I think it's good, maybe not? Leave me a post to let me know.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 168 - I kinda ate bf late but oh well, i had 1 cup of smart start with a bannana and blueberrys. For lunch im gonna have a chicken salad dont know whats for dinner yet but hopefully i wont slip today .. good luck everyone<3

Ht. 5'7, Wt. no comment - today really sucked and i feel that i failed, physically and spiritually. I screwed my diet(not like that, perv) and since i wrote my crush a stupid email he completely ignores me. i don't know whhat to do, and i feel like i'm in a black hole and its sucking my soul in and eating me alive. i just wanted to get my feelings out. sorry i'm such a dumbass

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 145 - Today I had Rise Krisspies with a cut up banana in it and fat free milk. I had some breton low fat crackers for a snack. For lunch I had low fat chicken noodle soup. My total fat was 9.1 grams and the total calories were 535. I'm about to go out for a 3 mile bike ride and then just doing the normal thing like push ups and sit ups. Is that good?
