Ht. 5'1, Wt. 141.8 - hey i was wondering if drinking ice tea (2 calories) was ok if drinking water and tea becouse if im exercising in the morning befor i eat it makes me sick to my stomace. so i will dink 2 some times 3 gallons of tea a day but eat a lot less like its kinda a snack if i get munchie. But with meals i drink 2-4 glasses of water easy exspecily if its tuna. i have my meals pre done the day befor so i dont start wandering to the frige and stand there with the door open thinking if i eat now i will be hungery in 20 mineuts. oh i was wondering if its ok to eat pizza in small amounts like 1 peice out of a 8 peice pizza? What do yuo guys do to leave your bedroom becouse my house is in my room i have a bed, couch, tv, raido/sterio, mini fridge (water and tea only), regular bedroom stuff, rats (pets), and a bathroom (we have 2 master bed rooms but only 2 other room they did the house back wards on acsedent and so we have 5 bathrooms insted of 3 oops). so any wook out ideas i can do in my room

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey everyone! I start school again in about 6 weeks. I want to know your opinions on how much weight you think I can loose. I really want to loose 20 pounds but I know thats probably not possible. I work out about 3 times a day for atleast 30 minutes. Im on a diet. Breakfast: Green Tea and a slice of wheat bread. Lunch:Salad and water Snack:Grapes Dinner:Salad and 1 cup of green beans. I drink alot of water during the day. (Oh and I know.. no meat in my diet but Im a vegetarien, Just so you know) I really want to look nice for school. Any tips for me? I wish you all luck on your weight loss too! If anyone needs a buddy to keep them motivated let me know! Thanks so much guys!

Ht. 5'1'', Wt. 202 now 197 - I started working out and dieting last Sunday and I've lost 5 pounds since then. But when I read everyone elses posts I just wonder if I am losing it too fast. Or is it ok for someone of my size?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 145 - I really want to lose up to 15-20 pounds in the next 5 weeks. That's when I'm heading back to school and I want to look and feel a lot better. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 179 - Hey when I first started dieting I came to this site and it's been great...now I've come back after a couple of months with my so-far results...I've lost 27 lbs since dieting which started on February 15...I'm hoping to lose 54 more to get to my goal weight 125. I know I'm doing things right since I've lost a lot but still...I wish it would go faster you know? My stomach is probably the main thing and where most of the weight comes from, I do 100 situps everyday ...anything else to make it go in? Also...
I heard somewhere that pretzels were bad for dieting
I thought pretzels were good for a snack when dieting...? other than potato chips or something.
I like pretzels, should I not go on with them?
I drink lots of water also but pretzels is the type of junk food...I grab like 4 or 5 a day for a snack.
I did not think it was an unhealthy food.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - im so confused..this morning i was 163.6..and then, after i ate a ton, and stuff at night (after dinner) im 162.. i didnt eat good at all..its happened before, and im pretty sure ill be about 164 in the morning (thats what usually happens)..i think the scale is fine, because it has the same weight when i weight myself like 5 times in a row..anybody no whats going on>?

Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. start:175 now:155 - i just got my mom to buy some apples and kiwis! yes! i'm happy because it will be easier to lose weight now that i have healthy food around the house! my brother said i could start using the treadmill so that's good to. i also got an excercise video! so over all today i'm very happy!

Ht. --, Wt. 203 lb - Hey guys, I just want to say how great you all are doing so far on achieving your weight lost goals. I too hope to be able to share my success with you all in the very near future. Today, the first of August 2005, will be the absolute last day I am 203 lbs. I goal is to lose between 35-40 lbs, in the next three months. I'll be sure to update you all, periodically, on my success.
