Ht. 5'4, Wt. s185 now 168 g.130 - Yay so far i have been good today.. bf i made a smoothie with tons of fruit and vanilla yogurt. i think it prob had like 200 cals in it. then i had a non fat iced mocha from starbucks it was like 170 cals i think. (i know its bad but im addicted lol) Its 12 right now and im not hungry so later i think i'll have some chicken and veggies and then were having potatoe and brocolli (sp?) soup for dinner so i'll have a cup of that with some salad. and i'll have some carrots if i want to snack.. im gonna do good today i can feel it lol.. im gonna clean too so that will work some extra cals off on top of my workout.. well i hope everyone has a good day .. its beautiful today (at least in so cal) SMILE! <333 stay strong you guys i know we all can do it.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 147 - Hey everyone i hope everything is going good with ur diets. I feel really bad today and sick i have been eating only the healthy food so i dont know why i feel like this. I just had my last meal of the day and i have only had three small meals today that all had the healthy stuff in the and i had no snakes. But now i can only have water for the rest of the day good thing that i am not hungry but i bet i will be later!!Well i guess i will battle that when it goes to be lol. Good luck everybody!!!

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - This morning I ate 2 egg sandwhiches with mayo and white bread. It was unhealthy, sue me. I don't care because Im really not gonna pig out today. And my dad said he might be able to play volleyball with me outside tonight. I love volleyball. Ht. 5'4, Wt. 159 - Hello everyone! Does anyone Keep a food Diary? I have been doing so since Sunday and yes it is hard to update but it works! With my food diary it makes it easy for me to point out when I get the urge to eat certain foods and what foods I tend to eat that I shouldnt. It also helps with portion control, seeing how much I ate visually really helps. Anybody else have any other tips? Peaces chicas and chicos!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 215 - Hi, I am new to this website:) It seems really cool, and I'm glad I found it, but I am gonna ask for some advice. The thing is, I am going to go swimming sometime around the 20th of this month, and I HATE myself in a bathing siut! I have been trying to eat better and do sit ups and push ups and things like that, but I haven't lost any weight yet, and I want to get down to 199 when I go swimming....HELP!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 155 - ok i found this really really awesome book!!! its called: The Diet (for teenagers only) by: Carrie Wiatt, and Barbara Schroeder its really really great sadly its for girls so sorry to all u guys out there but chickies this book rocks!!!!!!!! it has this 7 day diet plan where you can lose 1-5 pounds a week and its really healthy it has an exercise plan and everything it gives you all sorts of stats even for fast food restaurants. like mcdonalds and wendy's and even subway. it gives you some really really yummy recipies that are really healthy. anyways you MUST checkout this book. Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 168 - ugh i messed up again.. bf: 1 cup smart start, blueberries and a bannana. Lunch, some skinless chicken stips and i ate a bunch of japanese food (i had a california roll (sushi) salad, rice and 2 geozas sp?..) i dont even want to know how many calories were in that.. not to mention i had like a little less than half a cup of ice cream, and its only 4. So i think im just gonna eat a bunch of veggies for dinner and nothing else. and work out really hard ...Being fat sucks lol.. blah hope everyone did better than meeeee much love <3
