Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - ok so brek: kashi cereal with no milk (190 calories) lunch: salad with tuna (250 cals) 7 triscuits (120 cals) snack : kashi cereal again (190 cals) and for dinner: a turkey sandwich with 2 slices of cheese on a roll (about 500 calories) ..so i had about 1250 calories, and also i swam laps but only for like 15 minutes..howd i do?

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 141.8 - i had spegettie and 1/2 a hogie and 2 glasses of tea (suger free) at (9:30 picific time)and i fell really full. i had maby a 1/2 a cup of the spegettie maby less. its 12:30 now. should i fell hungey?

Ht. 5'5', Wt. 150 ish - I'm not really bad over weight but I have a really really big butt. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 162 - today has started off good =)..for breakfast i had 1 cup of kashi cereal without milk (because i like it dry) (190 calories) then for lunch i had a salad with tuna on top and no dressing (250 calories) and i drank a lot of water.. so i no im really behind on my calories...anyway im probably gonna swim for a little bit today and maybe play a little tennis. any suggestions to do betteer?

ok so i'm fat
well not completely but i am overweight by 30 pounds. I don't look bad(not to sound conceited) because my weight basically spreads evenly. Anyways does anyone know how to get rid of fat thighs? I already do crunches, pushups, suicides(bycicle thing), walk 3 miles, run 1/2 a mile. but they won't go away! i'm starting highschool in 2 weeks at a school where no one knows me. i don't want to be known throughout my freshman year as fatty or wutever. Anything else i can do for my legs? i'm on 1400 calorie diet but the thighs won't go away. soo any suggestions?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey everyone. I read new posts, Great job guys! Keep it up =) This morning I had a slice of wheat toast along with a banana, some grapes and a cut up apple. It was great. I ran for 30 minutes on the tred mill and now Im going out with my cousin for a salad. When I get home Im going to try to go for a swim, wish me luck. xoxo- Alex

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 120 - well i'v elost a lot of wieght but i seem to wiegh more in the scale i gained a lot of muscle working out and right now i feel more confident. but i still got to loose some weight either i go down in the scale or i get a healthy figure, please tell me what i can do!

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - Today I ate, breakfast: raisin bran sweetened with splenda and 2% milk lunch: pb&j with 2 % milk dinner: chicken and dumplings (my mom fixed it so i had to eat it) and for desert: probably cheesecake but Im gonna try and stop myself from eating it. I hate that my dad had to buy desert.

and thats like it and then ill have lunch and eat tuna and salteen crackers and then ill have dinner wich i dont know what that will be yet are salts bad i think so im going to try and drink a gallon of water today

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 165 - Hey guys..well i went to the doctors on tuesday last week and there i weighed 169.3 (in the morning b4 i ate breakfast) and now i weigh 165..i went to the doctors cuz i think i am lactose intolerant (which i am) and so i got some lactaids to take so i can eat dairy since the doctor wants me to get enough calcium. So well i have been eating really really crappy (i think i've had a bowl of ice cream at least everyday plus something else like a piece of cake (mom's birthday) or some mini eclairs (just like donuts)) and i'm kinda wondering if the lactaid is making me lose weight. Its not a perscription or anything but it has only been a week and i know that 4 pounds a week isn't healthy. should i be worried? i havn't been losing weight before that because i was just trying to maintain it for a while. Should i tell my doctor when i go again in a week (for a checkup)? Plez reply! thanx
