when i was younger i had perfectly shaped arms and legs. now that i am older i have horrable arms and legs because when i was 9 i gained a lot of weight. does anybody have any exercizes that are perfect for loosing weight on your arms and legs. thanx tag.

Did you guys know you can download DDR for free at www.stepmania.com? And if you go to Toys R Us you can get a mat for about 20 dollars. Then you will need a USB adapter which you can get at Radio Shack for 10 dollars. Thats 30 dollars, alot cheaper than getting the playstation version. DDR is a really fun way to get moving, and it's so addictive you won't even relize you're excercising!

Today: 150.5 lb - ok, I'm backYesterday I went for a run, and took my dog on a walk, played fetch with her, ran around with her. Today I tried to finish this cardio in this video, but it was hard, so i did 17/24 minutes. gonna take my doggie on a walk later, I'm about 150.5 right now. Love much

I bought a 5 dollar bottle of apple cider vinegar pills tonight and also under temptation bought a 40 dollar bottle of Zandrix 3...now I have seen many commericals for Zandrix 3 as an enegery booster and a rapid fat loss pill, but the only problem is that it has 32o mg of caffiene and if I am going to be taking this during school, this means that I might be very hyper during school...I dont know if the apple cider pills would work, they did have some of the same ingredients as trimspa and some of my friends said it did work...help!!!!! i want to start taking one of them tommrow!

Hey everyone, I'm back! LOL Actually I've been home... make it two weeks tomorrow, but I've been rather busy. NEways (if you all remember I was going to a wedding), the wedding was a dream, I had a wonderful time, and I fit perfectly in my bridesmaid's dress (thank God all that hard work paid off!). I got plenty of compliments and a lot of attention from my escort. LOL I cannot stress this enough: Keep at it!!!! It all pays off in the long run. I still have a long, long way to go so pray for me and wish me luck. I start my routine again Monday. My next short term goal is to at least be down to 160 - 150 by the end of March (in time for Easter), so here I go.... -V.

Hey everyone! I have a dillema- i want to loose around 5-10 pounds (closer to 5) but I dont have anytime for exercising- no kidding. I stay up late every night (around 1-2 am) studying and have to wake up early for school. I come home loaded with homework and really cannot find time in my schedule except occasionally. I love exercise, but I just don't have time! I eat pretty healthy and drink only water. I dont know what else to do except eat less...? Any tips on how to loose 5-10 lbs without exercise? Thanks! p.s. girls, if you loose 5-10 lbs will you drop a dress size? b.c i just got tons of new clothes that i dont want to have to change...
