Today: 140 lb, Goal: 112 lb - hi, i weigh 140lbs and i really wanna lose weight!!! i want to get to eight stone!! so i have to lose2stone!! i am goingto have a piece of fruit and a low fat yoghurt for breakfast, a salad from lunch and sumfin low fat for dinner!! wot do u think? i am also goin to do around 45 mins exerise perday which i shall fit in some how!! do u think that sounds alright???

hey y'all! i just tried to do the firm today, and i made the step things but i want to make sure that they're the right height. IT's 6, 8, and 14 inches right? and also soes anyone know any slterated moves for lunges and squatts for ppl with knee problems. I had to stop cuz i felt like it was hurting my rihgt knee and that all the workout was going to my left leg! anyone else know what i'm talking about? tae-bo doesn't hurt, so this shouldn't hurt, right? well ttyl pease respond~~thanks in advance~~ chelsea :)

I was wondering if anyone here has gained weight from anti depressiants? I have. 31 pounds over the past year. It is very embarising because everyone knows me as skinny and now I am not. If you have gained weight, let me know what it was u were on and if you did anything to lose it!

Ht. 5'4", Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hi-- My first time here. I am 16 years old.. and i am 5'4... i weigh 170 i think... it doesnt really look like it on me but i do... and i can tell. I have this huge fat black girl who always makes rude comments out loud in the halls very day b4 4th period... i hate it. I am on the Atkins Diet that i started yesterday... and i hope i works.. is there any suggestions to what else i should do.. i am excersising at a gym 4 times a week also. Start: 137 lb, Today: 141 lb - I once weighed 137 pounds. I excersied everyday and didn't eat out or drink pop. In two and a half weeks, I weighed 134 pounds. Now I weigh 141 pounds. Now I don't think I could do what I did last time again. For snacks, I ate dry cereal and animal crackers. I put it in a ziploc bag and ate that when I got hungry for something. It helped but eventually you will get tired of dry cereal and animal crackers(not frosted). The cereal I used was honey combs. Does anyone else have any snack tips?

i just have a suggestion for everyone. instead of using your remote to change the TV chanel, put it away somewhere and get up to change the chanel. it's not much exercise but it's better than nothing. good luck on all of your diets i hope you reach you goal. don't give up!

If you want a low calorie/carb/fat snack then I have something perfect for you. Sugar Free Jell-o!!! It tastes good and only has 10 calories per serving with no fat or carbs!! Good luck everyone!

Hey! I was wondering, what do you guys normally eat for breakfeast? I am trying to decide. I used to eat just a piece of plain toast, but I still get hungry. I also heard, if you don't eat the right stuff while you're dieting, you'll still be hungry all of the time. I looked on the foodnetwork.com and they have alot of recipes for people who are trying to lose weight.

I recommend, as well as many other nutriontist, losing 1-3 lbs. a week. Which will be the easiest way to lose unwanted pounds. Hey I lost 40 lbs. this way!!! Losing weight too fast doesn't work! (trust me, I've tried it). You'll end up gaining it all back because it's too much pressure on you. :)
