Hey ppl!Im going okay on the diet im sticking to it!!!! and I've lost around 10-15lbs so far (wasn't sure how much I was to start cuz I had v-dodgy scales) - Another thing I found out was I was actually about 7lbs heavier than I thought I was - but I lost it now so it doesn't really matter! my target is to lose about 20-30lbs by may 23rd! One thing im not doing so well on is exercise - its not that I dont want to - just I've got LOADS of assignments at the moment and as soon as I finish one another one gets set - and to be honest doing my course is more important to me than being thin. I've been walking to my college and work placement and going on my dance mat and next week im going aerobics, but i wanted to know if there was anything to really help your stomache - I've never had big hips and now im losing weight from those - so I look really unproportionate.

Ht. 5'4", Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 115 lb - hey everyone im taking those weight smart pills.. tjre not unhealthly my mom is takin them too and im drinking green tea and water.. and eating a lean quizean for dinner for breakfast a piece of fruit and light wheat toast.. and lunch low fat yogurt and chumbers.. or a nutragrain bar.. than im going to do tea bo and light weights.. how much much weight can i lose in 1 month..? i weight 140 and im 5'4 and i want to weight 115..? please COMMENT anyone and tell me HOW MUCH WEIGHT I CAN LOSE DOING THAT PLAN IN A MONTH..?

Today: 247 lb, Goal: 215 lb - Hello everyone. I am 16 and I weigh about 247 pounds. I really want to get down to 215 pounds by the summertime (or even before that). Do you think that with a proper diet, plus exercising everyday for 30 mintues - 45 mintues, I could get down to that ammount before July?

Hey I wanted to share some 4 tips that are really easy to follow. 1) Drink 6-10 glasses of water a day 2) snack on fresh vegetables 3) For breakfast eat 1 or 2 pieces of fruit or a fruit shake and 4) For lunch and dinner eat what you want just eat nomal portion sizes. I think these are very easy I hope they help you.

OK I understand that 800 calories a day is not healthy but I feel like if i dont really cut back then i wont lose weight at all. 1500 a day seems like alot and i'm tryin to lose at least 60-70 pounds.

Hey everyone! I recently found this page and this is so wonderful. I live in Australia. I use to be overweight, but through hard work and determination i'm a healthy weight. Today: 159 lb - I"m really POed at myself right now. I weighed myself this morning and it said i gained two pounds overnight! I weighed 157 yesterday but today it was 159. I kno i shouldn't be weighing mself everyday (old habits die hard)but i did really good yesterday (tae-bo and i stayed in my calorie range by eating a lil over 1300 calories) Wut happened? If i did that well then why did my body GaiN weight? I really want to get to my 2 pound goal this week, but i didn't mean gain two pounds! lol. pleaze just sumone tell me wut i did wrong. thanks in advance~ ~chelsea~
