Guys, I know this sounds crazy.. but today I decided to eat only when I am very hungry and stop eating before I get "full", just to see how much food I need. ___________ I wasn't hungry until 11:00, where I ate one wheat cracker and two small canned half-pears. Then, I wasn't hungry until 2:30, where I ate a 3-egg white omlette (only egg whites and a little salt, yummy!) and 4 dried apricots. ___________ Many people eat that much just as breakfast! I've lasted 6.5 hours on it.. why is my metabolism so slow? I'm not seditary or anything... I can't sit still for very long.. I just don't know why I don't eat alot.__________ It is very hard not to overeat when you only need the equivalent of one meal (I guess...) per day and everyone else is eating 3 meals + snacks.

Hey everyone...I just wanted to give you guys major congrats and encouragement...I was where you are and unfortunately still am...my weight has gone up and down for the last 10 years...but take the weight off now...it gets much harder as you get older. Remember, that now it seems so important to be thin because you want to look pretty and hansome, but there is a much bigger issue you have to consider: your health. What you do at 12, 16 and older does effect you life in the future. Take control now so you can really enjoy the rest of your life!!! I have lost 60 lbs since august going to the gym and eating less refined sugar (candy, ice cream, that sorta stuff)and also going to the gym at least 4 times a week. All of you keep going and just imagine the possibilites you have when you are healthy and feel good about yourself...those thoughts are what inspire me everyday!

O gosh i feel really bad i was doin so good then i blew it tonight! First i came home and ate a lot then we had soeggetti and meatball and well i hadn't had that in over 3 months and it was sooooo good. I could have stopped there but i just got into the gramham crakers and pb i'm sooo done for tonight. i'm going to be exercising my butt off tomarrow though thats for sure!!!!!!! :-/ feelin pretty lousey so i'm post back tomarrow

I did the firm body sculpt last night~with the fanny lifter (finally!) I can really feel it in my arms and legs now, i was wondering how long does it take to gain muscle weight(like a pound)? well anywayz wish everyone luck with the diets and everything! ~~chelsea~~

I think in like 12 days now I've lost like...1 inch from my tummy 1 from my hips...like about 1 inch from my thighs and I'm not sure about my arms yet, but they have changed, I just don't know how much. I've been doing The Firm super body sculpt every single day for 12 days now and eating really good...like healthy... is that too little or a lot for 12 days of doing all this? I've been trying really hard. Also, has anybody here lost inches? If so... how many did you lose and how long did it take you? Also, how big of a difference did it make. I'm hoping to lose about 6 inches from my tummy altogether and well...whatever comes off my legs and everything else, lol.

I was doing so good but last night I was really sad and I ate an entire bag of popcorn - extra butter! And today every one of my classes had a party so I ate a lot of stuff I shouldn't have eaten. I just didn't want everyone to know that I am on a diet. I am a little upset now. GRRRRRRRRR! I am going to go walk like 1,000,000 miles now. Bye.

Hey ppl!Im going okay on the diet im sticking to it!!!! and I've lost around 10-15lbs so far (wasn't sure how much I was to start cuz I had v-dodgy scales) - Another thing I found out was I was actually about 7lbs heavier than I thought I was - but I lost it now so it doesn't really matter! my target is to lose about 20-30lbs by may 23rd! One thing im not doing so well on is exercise - its not that I dont want to - just I've got LOADS of assignments at the moment and as soon as I finish one another one gets set - and to be honest doing my course is more important to me than being thin. I've been walking to my college and work placement and going on my dance mat and next week im going aerobics, but i wanted to know if there was anything to really help your stomache - I've never had big hips and now im losing weight from those - so I look really unproportionate.
