i haven't posted here for a while now. i slipped and got off my diet. now my vcr is broken and i can't do my aerobics exercising tape. so seeing as how i can't do my aerobics i think a diet of 800 calories should fix it. one time i lost over 5 pouunds in one week with all my exercising and stuff. now seeing as how i can't i MUST eat no more than 1000 and i think 800 for now is okay. i usually don't eat breakfast because i'm not hungry in the morning. so hey that works even better. nothing before nothing after 6 unless it's juice or water. no sweets no fastfood or anything like that. with exception of tomorrow my mom is taking me out to lunch since i graduated tuesday. ( i hope it's red lobster or denny's or even ihop)

hey im a 15 year old female from canada....and im about 5 foot 4- 5 foot 5...somewhere around there...and im about 128 pounds..and im trying to lose about 10-15 pounds..anyone got any advice on how to lose it? ive been exercising for 2 months now for about 30 mins...runnin on the treadmill for 25 mins...and then doin crunches...and situps.. for another 5 mins..and ive been eatin normallyy too...like 2 meals a day( i dont have time to eat breakfast..only on weekends i eat it) and about 2 snacks a day....and i havent lost a pound!!!....:(..this one person told me that if i cant lose any weight...then it means i dont need to lose any weight...is that true? can someone plz reply to me...and i want a buddy! email me at sukhjot_13@hotmail.com...thanks! and god bless u all!

Hey I recently just started my new diet even though I was on one before, but my meatbolism got use to it so I changed it, My body is also getting use to my exercise. I power walkABOUT 6 MILES everday and got to Curves( a gym for women) I need so new activities that burn alot of calories. Ne one have suggestions? and How about new snacks? Healthy ones with few calories. I eat fruit and rice cakes now. Sooooo many ppl have been saying they want to lose wiehgt. I can understand that, but whats really important is, do u want to lose weight, or tone flab? lose weight and uoull still be jiggly, just not as much. now ur argument is, if i exercise, ill bulk up and then be fat or solid and wont be able to wear little dresses, maybe ur dojgnthe wrong type, true, resistancre training will bulk u up, but cardiovascular activity wont. itll tone you. things like, swimming walking ect. i think running might bulk u up if u do it all the time, but if u combine running some days with others wlaking, youll be fine. i had trouble with an exercise plan to suit my dreams of weight loss but the i realised i want to be toned, not string bean, bend in the slightest breeze look. im not dissing it, on some it looks good but theyre usualy born wiht it, but its hard to healthily achieve that look, especially if u start over weight. i hope ive helped, not just confused u, good luck and god bless
