Okay. I try to hold back from eating foods that are unhealthy and im doing good... But the thing is and its worrying my parents to death is they think im starting off on anorexia... because ever since i started dieting in january my stomach has gotten smaller and it doesnt take much to fill me up nemore. My mom thinks i've lost too much weight and says she liked it a little better when i had more skin... jus because i dont eat a lot nemore doesnt mean im anorexic right? help me im soo confused!

Guys, i have found a REALLY good diet on the net. and u can eat all the foods (veggies & fruit) you want! HOW TO MAKE WATERCRESS SOUP Ingredients 1 small onion, finely chopped 2 ½ pints of light chicken stock or water 2 small potatoes, diced 3 large bunches of watercress, stems removed salt and pepper Method Sweat the onion in two or three tablespoons of chicken stock or water. Add the potatoes together with the seasoning and the crock. Bring to the boil and simmer until the potatoes are soft. Add the watercress, and stir for three minutes. Remove from the heat and blend in a liquidiser. At this point, put the soup in a metal bowl and place it in a sink full of ice-cold water. This will keep the lovely green colour of the soup and make it even more appetising. The soup is delicious drink cold, but you can also heat it up if you... Hello....I am 14 years old. I am overweight. I consider myself to be very active. I try to beat the bad eating habits. It is very hard, I know, but I must beat the craving. I need some suggestions about wat i may do to if not loose weight, maintain this weight. Please help me.

My mum is a health physio and here is a great tip diets dont work you can still eat what your eating now but in moderation so if you normally get chips after school or cany bars only have one instead of two and gradually you will find it easier not two eat as much........ p.s remember get plenty of exersice even if its just walking or cycling every little helps............

here is a great tip for ne1 who has a sweet tooth. eat sugar free jelly. it taste delicous, is a great dessert n has virtually no calories!!!experiment wit different flavours n even mix them up!

My mom is a dietition (somebody who tries to help people get into healthier habbits in order to lose weight) and I have some tips for you. Most of you really need to start cutting down on the chips and pop. They are extremely fattening! Try only 1 pop a day and something less fattening than chips as a snack (reduced fat chips, chex mix, or better yet-fruit!) Put your snack in a bowl rather than eating it out of the bag so you are more conscience of how much you are eating. Eat healthy food for breakfast (regular cheerios, toast with jam and no butter, or fruit) For lunch eat a sandwhich without mayo or salad or something. At dinner try not to eat too much and have some salad or fruit with it. You need to know that it is okay to be hungrey some of the time. You aren't always supposed to feel full. Try eating... Also, don't put sugar on your fruit because it is not worth eating the fruit then. Drink lots of water. Celery is great because it takes MORE calories to digest it than are actually in celery so you can eat as much celery as you want. Exercise is VERY important! Hey everybody my name is Lisa (not really..i dont want anybody f/m school 2 c that I am posting something here) anyway I have lost some weight already. This site has really helped but weight watchers has helped me more. I joined a while ago then had to quit but I went from a pant size 18 1/2 to a size ten (i can wear a six in some pants I guess it depends on what brand it is)I was 150 and now I am 135 so I lost 15 pounds. Hey everyone! If you are trying to loose weight and maybe tighten your stomach up a bit I know this great excercise program that works great. It is called pilates and really works...maybe try to find a local gym that offers it or maybe go to a book store and buy a video and learn...it really works...Good luck!
