Hey,I am not going to tell you how much i way becuase i am to ashamed. I am a ballet dancer and I can not afford to be like this. I mean i have to look at myself in leotards and tights all the time. if anybody has any tips it would be really great thanks!!!Good luck ya'll

For anyone whose interested,if u arent going to the toilet enough (to do a no. 2) eat some licorice. it wont give u the sqirts, just makes u go normally. But it makes you fart, so dont eat it before u r going on a date or somewhere special

I'm so sick of being like this im 5'8 and 140 maybe even 145. I dont like how i look and it makes me uncomfortable. My older sister is 5'6 and she weighs about 115 at the most, whenever i go out with her i always feel that all the attention goes towards her and her incredibly small size 3 waist. It is so unfair, truth be told i wish i could look like her, even if it meant being 5'6. but i cant shrink now its too late, i do however have time to lose weight before we go to the beach and thats what i need help with. I would LOVE to get down to about 120 the closer i am to being 100 lbs the better. So please if you have any diet tips or you want a diet buddy shout me a holla at cheer_n_dance4life@hotmail.com P.s not only that but i cheer and dance usully during the fall- spring season and do jr.lifeguards during the summer and all the other girls have teeny tiny little waists. my parens say ... Last week we went to San Fransisco on vacation. All my little brother (7) did was eat, watch T.V. and eat for 7 days. When we left he was 110 lbs, and when we came back he was 142 lbs!!! Thats more than me!!! I gained weight too, up from 128 to 140!!! I checked out my brothers BMI on this site and it was 40.0 he is suposed to weigh 63lbs max. , so he's 89 lbs overweight. My dad scheduled an appointment at the doc's tommorrow, I'll give out the info tomm. Thank you, Chaz

Hey, my birthday is next week, and I checked the almanac for the average weight for 14 year olds and it says 107 lbs. I heard 50 lbs over the normal weight is overweight, and im only 10 or 15 lbs less than that. I don't feel happy with myself, and would like to lose weight. I have a treadmill, but I can only walk and jog on it without getting tired easily. Dieting has always been hard for me. Any tips? derekl52888@yahoo.com

Hi everyone I was never overweight in fact I was a little on the thin side but I felt fat so when I was 11 I went on a diet of 800 calories a day and soon I droped from 4 foot 8 73 pounds to 69 pounds then with in two months I was down to 67.By the time my 12th birthday hit I was taking in 600 calories a day and my weight droped to 65 pounds plus I had grown two inches in height. I was twice as thin as all of my friends. But then pretty soon I started to worry about my helth so I decided to gain weight. When your anorexic you hate nothing more then gaing weight. I was just going to gain a couple pound but insted I went up to 73 pounds. It just killed me even though people remarked on how skinny I was. I am still 73 now and 4 foot 11 inches, but I'm getting back to my anorexic habbits and I need help stopping it so if any of you can help please write to me. p.s my parents have no clue

hey im a 15 year old female...and im about 5 foot 4- 5 foot 5...some where between there...and im 128 pounds...ive never really been overweight...i just want to lose some pounds...my goal is to lose 10 pounds! and nothin is working!! i work out 3-4 times a week...for about 40 mins....and ive been doin this for like 2 months now!! and ive been eatin healthy-normal as well...anybody have any ideas on how to lose weight faster? if so plz email me at sukhjot_13@hotmail.com....thanks!

Okay.... I need help.. and I want it now. =(

I've had a huge success in losing weight over the past few years... (I've gone from 220 at 12 years old... to 144 at the present moment) But... I always seem to be plateuing! I'm 5' 4" and 144 right now... I had just recently been dragged out of anorexia.. which I had lost 10 pounds on... but then when my mom made me start eating again... I gained 5 back... and I'm afraid that I'm gonna gain the rest back! My goal is to get to 120 - 125.... I eat *very* healthy. I eat mostly organic foods. I'm a vegetarian... (the only 'meat' i eat is fish.. and sometimes egg yolks) I stay with low fat foods. I don't eat sugar.. except for the sugar in fruit. I try to limit breads and carbs.. because I know that my body clings to processed carbs if I have too much.. I make myself stay below 1,800 calories a day...
