I just binged on like 6 bowls of cereal this morning and for dinner, ive tried to self-induce vomitting but i can't get myself to do it, i know its bad, but i need too because i ate so much and ill gain too much weight that i can't work off, how can easily self induce vomitting?

Is it okay to eat tons of that Special K kellogs cereal, the one w/ no fat? because i eat lots of that stuff everyday, and a regular meal for dinner.

Hey Yall,
What's up? Nothing much here. You need some advise on loosing weight? I have something good to start with. I was over-weight, and I really still am, but I have lost 25 pounds already. Just let off all those 20 ounce drinks, and if you want to you can drink diet drinks. And don't worry about your weight, because it stresses you out, and stress makes you gain weight. I didn't really think that until I saw it for myself, and the thing is, is that everyone wants to wake up one morning and look in the mirror and see themselves 5 or 6 sizes smaller than they were the day before. I know because thats what I thought. It really does take time. I hope this will help you all.

This is going to sound really stupid, but i'm going to post it anyway. i am 5'8 and weigh about 148. My role model, Angelina Jolie is 5'7 and 120. My question is, would it be smart for me to try and be the same weight? I am currently on diet pills and eat one meal a day. I need some one to look up to, and trust me, my parents are the last ones in this catagory that I can. My mother, a diabetic (sp?) never stays on her diet, and eats anything she wants. My dad, although a diabetic, not as bad a diebetic as my mother, sits around all day and eats anything he wants to. Both complain about weighing to much. Growing up, my mother use to grab my stomach any chance she got or pinched my sides, stating that I needed a diet. When I hit the 7th grade, i became what would be classified as a potential (sp?) for an eating disorder. I had lost 14 pounds in 2 weeks. My mom and dad didnt care. All i mean to say is, is it a good idea for me to go down to 120? I am very much into sports, I play soccer and rugby and weight lift 5 times a week. Any help would be great!

i currently weigh in about 160 lbs. and i am 5"3'. my goal is to weigh 115-120 lbs. i play softball, i joined a gym last summer, and lately i have been doing pushups, situps, crunchies, leg lifts, etc. my problems don't really lay with my stomach-unfortunately since it is easy to slim a stomach-but in my hips, butt, thighs, and calfs. it's so difficult to lose weight there and i need help! if you have tips on different exercises, diets, or things that worked for you---email me at sam_nyschers@hotmail.com

I have just weighed myself and i weigh 145 I checked the weight calculator and iam at risk of becoming overweight my weight gain has happened recently in my thighs and stomach like i said before i eat healthy and am active what is goin on

Recently i have begun to pack on more than a few pounds I seem to eat more get tired easily i can pinch about an inch off my stomach and 2 in my thighs i am 5 foot 5 inchrs and am ambout 140 pounds when i sit down my stomach rolls over my pants i am also getting lovehandles I think i gain more weight every day all i want to do is sit my stomach is 28 inches and my thighs are each 20 inches please help me

hi i am 5 foot 7 and i way 139 Recently i have been getting really chubby in my stomach and thighs i eat heaalthy and am active come to think of it i think i weigh 140 alot of my skin jiggles too tell me whats going on

I would like to put a little spin on being big. To start off with, i'm 5'8, 150. yea, im kind of big. But, on my basketball team, i am the fastest runner. My soccer coach has told me that i have a strong athletic build. Yes, my stomach is kind of thick. And yes, i sometimes feel depressed about it. But the thing is, im healthy, wich is all that matters.

Weight training is good n all, but only if you want tone or build muscle in that part of the body, it will not take away the fat. Their is no such thing as "spot reducing" meaning, working out to lose wieght in a certain area, the body will lose wieght where it wants to. If you wanna burn fat anywhere and everywhere, you have to do cardio or aerobic excercise, and other type of excercise where the heart rate is not up , and your not sweatin, means your probably not burning any fat. Its been clinically proven and is in all the health magazines that its true, Ive seen results. With the weight training ive been doing ive seen more defined muscles in my arms and legs, with the cardio kickboxing ive been doing ive seen my legs, arms, and stomach get smaller cuz their burning fat. good luck w/ your goals.

i have a lil tip if u are trying to drop ur last pounds or what ever. I noticed that when i weighed myself before i slept and when i wake u i lose 2 pounds. If you dont eat a lot in about 3-4 hours before bed or drink a lot, unless its water, ur loose 2 pounds by morining. every 2 days i try to keep the weight i had in the moring to try to lose another 2 pounds. reply me if it helps. i hope it does! good luck

ok usually i don't ask for help but i am not sure what to really do. i have to go to a wedding in california in may. i am the brides maid (i had dibs on it 2 years ago)and the dress i am suppost to wear has straps. it shows my arm that is above my elbow and it is just so big there. i really need to get rid of it. i used to lift some weights but the only did it for the front muscel, not the back. and i am not sure how to get rid of the fat. if i go to california with arms like that i'd die! plz help.

Hi everyone. I used to weigh like 155 pounds or something, now I am 2 to 3 inches taller and only weigh 124! My tip for people out there is when you want to eat because you are depressed turn on lively music you like because than you will be listening to that insteed of over eating and you might even feel like dancing! Another tip is don't always weigh your self because I know for me when I weighed my self and was heavier I would get depressed and eat more and gain even more, and when I weighed less, I'd be like yeah! I lost a bunch of weight I want to celibrate, and I'd eat more and gain weight, orI would be like, hey if i lost weight I can eat a little more to reward my self, but than I wouldn't be able to stop. Botton line, don't weigh your self all the time try like once a month insteed of once a day.
