Ht. 5'9", Start: 229 lb, Today: 231 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - hi guys not doin 2 gud put on 2 pounds yeterday i tried not eatin chocolate but ended up eatin 4 bars and the day b4 i had 6 chocolate bars and 4 cans of coke i just seem to be getting fatter and fatter :( even my FRIENDS and FAMILY are commenting on how fat i am i mean at 9 years old i was feared off being under weight now im waaaaaay over. also i feel like i have an addiction to over eating i pick up omethng and ill want it again again and its really not looking good.

Im going on a trip in december and I still want to lose some weight before then. Medifast is healthy and you are suppose to lose 2-5 pounds a week. Eat the soups and shakes and have 2 lean and green meals a day. I think it will be really good for me. since i have a lot of back and neck problems. I really need to get this weight off. It sucks. Im sure every one feels the same way. With all the skinny girls and guys wearing whatever they want. I on the other hand cant. YET. so i hope this goes well. GOOD LUCK! everyone.

I hurt my back, so I won't be able to work out until Saturday. As for eating, today I had: -Autumn Wheat all natural shredded wheat. -One tablespoon of organic peanut butter with one teaspoon of honey on one slice of organic whole wheat bread. -One organic fat free blueberry greek yogurt. -Grapes. -Half of a turkey sandwich. -Half of a cup of coffee. -Two glasses of skim milk. -A medium sized piece of baked chicken with rice and vegetables. -One lowfat organic burrito. Any suggestions? I'm pretty good as far as calories go, so no worries there :)

My goal this week was 208- but i'll try to lose another by sunday so i'm at 207! Then i can be at my first ten pound goal by the end of next week. I really want to work my butt off so that I can lose two pounds a week and be 150-155 by my graduation! I'm seen relatives who I haven't seen in TEN YEARS! I was so much thinner then too, and all of my extended family is absolutely thin and gorgeous- I want to be the star at my grad party- not one of my aunts!

I just feel so bad im addicted to food! It makes me sad and pissed off at the same time. I did excerise today, i walked did pe and rode my bike. Can you guys give me some tips on how not to eat when ever i feel like it? plz..i don't know what to do anymore
