Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 145 lb - So my senior prom is this year and I'm so excited. I want to weight 145 by May 6th :D Can any of you give me any tips? Ht. 164 cm, Start: 80 kg, Today: 80 kg (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 55 kg - So I finally hit 80kg. The weight I've been trying to avoid my whole life. This is the most I've ever weighed in my life. I feel kind of sick. I have to change this around. I'm at risk of so many things and being this weight could KILL me. I don't want to be this weight anymore. Can anyone give me some help, useful websites or anything else? I need help curbing my eating habits, and some help getting active. Thankyou.  (Note: 164 cm, 80 kg is 5'5", 176 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 157 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 115 lb - Wow, i didn't think i was doing this good..finally I mustered up the courage to weigh myself and I weigh 148!!! i didn't think it was 9 pounds!!!!! :]

Ht. 5'9", Start: 229 lb, Today: 231 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - hi guys not doin 2 gud put on 2 pounds yeterday i tried not eatin chocolate but ended up eatin 4 bars and the day b4 i had 6 chocolate bars and 4 cans of coke i just seem to be getting fatter and fatter :( even my FRIENDS and FAMILY are commenting on how fat i am i mean at 9 years old i was feared off being under weight now im waaaaaay over. also i feel like i have an addiction to over eating i pick up omethng and ill want it again again and its really not looking good.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 235 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 130 lb - Still waiting on my medifast to arrive. Im so excited. Im going on a trip in december and I still want to lose some weight before then. Medifast is healthy and you are suppose to lose 2-5 pounds a week. Eat the soups and shakes and have 2 lean and green meals a day. I think it will be really good for me. since i have a lot of back and neck problems. I really need to get this weight off. It sucks. Im sure every one feels the same way. With all the skinny girls and guys wearing whatever they want. I on the other hand cant. YET. so i hope this goes well. GOOD LUCK! everyone.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys!!=] So after binging on Tropical Starbursts for the majority of Halloween (including the weekend), I'm ready to get back on track. I hurt my back, so I won't be able to work out until Saturday. As for eating, today I had:
-Autumn Wheat all natural shredded wheat.
-One tablespoon of organic peanut butter with one teaspoon of honey on one slice of organic whole wheat bread.
-One organic fat free blueberry greek yogurt.
-Grapes.
-Half of a turkey sandwich.
-Half of a cup of coffee.
-Two glasses of skim milk.
-A medium sized piece of baked chicken with rice and vegetables.
-One lowfat organic burrito.
Any suggestions? I'm pretty good as far as calories go, so no worries there :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - omg omg omg. Obama won! I am so happy- I'm going to go to school early and work out beforehand. My goal this week was 208- but i'll try to lose another by sunday so i'm at 207! Then i can be at my first ten pound goal by the end of next week. I really want to work my butt off so that I can lose two pounds a week and be 150-155 by my graduation! I'm seen relatives who I haven't seen in TEN YEARS! I was so much thinner then too, and all of my extended family is absolutely thin and gorgeous- I want to be the star at my grad party- not one of my aunts!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 125 lb - okay well halloween has come and gone so my candy has all been eaten. its time to shape up and get the body i always wanted. i've given up dairy so that might help. i'm cutting back on unhealthy foods and i'm gonna try to run everyday. i want to drop 35 pounds by the summer time. if anyone has any tips or ideas please comment thanks!!!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 370 lb, Today: 302 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - MORBIDLY OBESE. That's what my doctor says that I am. That sounds so horrible! & it is. MORBIDLY OBESE sounds so horrible because it IS SO HORRIBLE! It's SO unhealthy and bad and disgusting. Aww I don't even want to go out in public. =(
