Ht. 5'10", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - I am fat. I'm a size 14, and i want to be a size 10 or so. I'm tall, so anything too thin would be.. well.. too thin. I'm stretched out, I guess. I need tips on what to eat, and the best things I can do for excersize an weight loss. PLEASE help me, I'm begging you. I'm thinking about cutting out bread. My dad is diabetic and he was told to cut out bread and eat only meats and veggies, and he's lost 17 pounds so far in a month. I'm so proud of him. If my 60 year old dad can do it, then so can I. If anyone has any valuable information to give me, please help me. I would SO appreciate it. THanks so much in advance!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 163 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - like most of you, im obviously out of shape. i used to have this problem where i would WANT to be anorexic, i would search the web on how to NOT eat. but then upon those sites i found a healthy one, this one. im going to try this to feel more confident about myself and be proud that i lost the weight a safe and healthy way instead of ruining my body. im excited for this. eating right isnt a problem for me, you will all probably think im lying... but honestly i havent drank a single soda for about 3 years! (not for weight purposes) im good at motivating myself on what not and what to eat. my problem is that killer excersise! i cant run the mile worth my life! its kinda embarassing in gym class that im always one of the last kids done. but im going to try my hardest to excersise. its getting colder outside right now but im going to movivate myself to run tomorrow. i plan to finish my goal ... Ht. 5'2", Start: 179 lb, Today: 148 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 120 lb - i'm so exited, the first time i came to blubberbuster i weighted 179, then a few months later i weighted 172, over the summer i swum everyday, and i went down to 156, on wednesday, my weight waas 150. i was happy. but today i went to the doctor i looked at the scale and my weight was 148, how could i loose 2 pounds in two days? i am really happy

My family is going through a cruddy time (financially and parent-relationship wise) that has lasted almost 2 years and I'm sick and tired of it. I'm tired of having crappy holidays full of money problems or fights, to ruin the fun of it all. I have great friends & I love my mom to pieces but some days I feel like nobody understands and I'm gonna break down. Also, everytime she gets a checkup at the DR. the doc always says one thing->exercise and eat right and everything will be fine. My mom has the whole deal with high sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol. She's always tired because she works 6 days a week and has put on a lot of weigh through out the years. She would usually eat a lot at a time and then watch tv which as you know is the worst. She weighs around 185. Let me know how long it would take her to drop some weight if keeps doing what shes doing. Although, I overhead two women saying how they always weighed more when they were wore jeans on the scale. Do any of you guys know if this is true? Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 164 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 140 lb - I cant believe i have gained 10lbs in just over 2months! I was down to 154 at the start of August and now im back up to 164. I feel so fat and disgusting its unbelievable. The only thing that is comforting me is that fact that ive realised i need to get back on track before i ended up putting the other 15lbs i lost back on aswell. I dont know whats wrong with me, it seems the more i want to lose weight the more i end up gaining. Ive just let myself go and been eating far too much junk BUT it has got to stop. I want to get down to at least 150 by christmas which is doable if i lose a little more than a lb per week till then. Im aiming for around 1500calories on average per day with exercise 3-5 times per week. I need to do this.
