Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 169 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 150 lb - so im preeeetty sure im back down to 169 now. i was wearin thin light pjs when i weighed myself lastnight before bed so i guess thats my real weight. only 2 more pounds and im back to where i started before i let myself go for 2 weeks lol ahh i cant wait to be thinnnnnn i think about it all the time. life would be so much easier, not stressing over what to wear to not look so fat, whether people are talking about me, whether i had too much to eat that day, and whether ill ever lose any more weight. i know i can do this. we all can. we all have the potential to be the exact weight we want, we just have to want it badly enough and work hard. it will all be worth it in the end. good luck guys, hope you're all doing awesome :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 153 lb, Today: 145 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 105 lb - I've been sticking to my diet and I lost 4 more ppunds in the past week, and I went tothe doctor today and he said it wasnt water weight! I am happy. But to help yall I've found that having set meals and planning ahead is a waste of time and boring. I like making the food I eat interesting, but i make sure it is healthy! And I dont like working out, either so I like jumping on the trapoline and playing soccer and badmittin and doing a few situp in themorning and at night before I go to bed. It really works. Easier than it seems. And STAY AWAY from soft drinks and fast foods at all costs. And if you have no choice but to go to a ast food place choose Subway or something and they have the calories and stuff all right there on their menu to help you make your choice!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 180 lb, Today: 178 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - hey peeps i just heard this really gross story about a woman who carried around a hamburger and fries for 3, almost 4 years and it didn't break down or rot at all and it just freaked me out. does this mean the fries i ate 3 years ago are still in my body, not breaking down, and that i can never at fast food again?!?!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - Hey so I've been sick for the past 3 days and it's getting worst. I woke this morning and could hardly even talk and have a headache and the whole stuffy nose ordeal.. :( ugh I feel so crappy right now. I thought I would get better but I don't know. I couldn't go on the treadmill yesterday because of how I felt and today I don't think I can either. I just want to stay in bed with a box of kleenax or something. I hate feeling this way. --Ok besides that I've formulated a little plan, like a challenge for myself, a motivator...I was thinking I should get my mindset on losing 20 lbs by my 20th birthday. My 20th birthday is on January 9. Would do you all think? ...hope everyones doing super and not sick like me. Good luck

Ht. 5'6", Start: 221 lb, Today: 211 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys, for the past week i've had strep throat with a fever, and on top of it all, I have my period! Obviously I haven't been working out at all, since i'm feeling pretty crappy, but i also haven't been eating much either; mostly toast, just so I don't have to take my medicine on an empty stomach. Other than toast, i've been eating really bland foods like animal crackers. I'm starting to feel a little bit better, so hopefully i'll be back in the gym by the middle of the week, wish me luck!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - Hey so I went to the Doctor today and she checked my weight and turns out that I lost 6 lbs! and didn't even know it. Partly because my scale at home always showed me another number (178) so I always got the wrong number but I'm so happy that I'm not thattt because that's so close to 180's and I can't let myself hit that again! this makes me feel even more motivated then ever...knowing that I'm no longer on a plateau anymoree and I can do this if I put my mind to it and concentrate rather than whine and complain that the scale keeps showing me the same old number. I hope you all are doing well, and if not...just remember that tomorrow is another day. You ALWAYS have a chance to start over! good luck

Ht. 5'3", Start: 145 lb, Today: 124 lb (BMI %tile: 75), Goal: 115 lb - I havent posted on here in a few months and I'm not overweight anymore. I just wanna say that some of your encouraging words from a while ago really helped me. I've been so proud of myself because I've made goals to lose weight for years but I never actually thought I could do it. But this summer I did. Thank you and I just wanted to say that.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 84), Goal: 150 lb - saaaweeeeeet :)! 3 days in, and i lost like 2-3 pounds already. im pretty sure it was all just water weight that i gained back. (well, not all of it, but most of it) considering i was eating a lot of salt and not drinking enough water/coffee/tea. I want to integrate more exercise into my day, but im just so busy. i work like 8 hours a day, then afterwards i want to go spend time with my boyfriend and what not. but i walked to work today, which is about a 20-25 minute walk. so that was alright. my main goal right now is to get to 165. i didnt set a date, but id really like for it to be by christmas. before would be even better lol but i have to work for it. its really not that hard to lose weight. you count your calories, and exercise if you can. i hardly ever exercise and i lost 55 pounds. so i tihnk its mainly the food thing that we need to look at. exercise can only do so much. remember guys, this whole journey is only as difficult as we make it. good luck everyone!!:) xox

Ht. 5'6", Start: 210 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - I used to be on this site a few years ago when I was in the 170's, then I lost about 20 pounds. I guess I'm back! I gained back 60 pounds last year and my weight keeps bouncing between 195-210, and my waist keeps going from 39 to about 44 inches -- ouch! The school nurse does body fat percentages, and today I was marked as now being in the 40-50% range, so now I plan on sticking to a diet. My problem is that I get TONS of cravings for everything. I started keeping a food journal, and my calorie range is usually 3000-4000 calories a day, but I can't stop eating when I'm full and pigging out between meals! Anyone have any tips for cravings?

For the fall I've found that I love making baked apples topped with cinnamon for dessert. It's healthy, sweet, and seasonal! ;) That's all I've gotta say for now...
