Ht. 5'4", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I need help, and information on what can really acually help me lose this extra weight. just last year i started gaining and gaining. & i dont understand because i dont sit and stuff my face with bad food. i even gain weight when i dont eat; and it just all makes no sence to me. i need something that can acually help. i need to lose about 40-50 pounds to be in the range i want to be in. i dont know what wrong with me. im rly athletic, so i dont know how i weigh this much. i guess its from depression bc my mom has just got cancer, so i have been gaining like crazy. people help, i dont want to be like this anymore! please.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 214 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - So I got my test results back from my doctor. My blood pressure is perfect. My cholesterol is perfect. My blood sugar is normal. No heart problems. No diabetes. Nothing wrong. Just fat. Relief to know, but kinda weird. I'm perfectly healthy...just fat. Tomorrow I move to college, and it will be nice to be 100% in control of my diet and exercise. I have to shop for my own food rather than just eat the fatty foods that my parents buy. So my dorm will be full of fruits, tofu, whole grains and organics that I bought recently. Hooray! Fitness will have to wait awhile because the center doesnt open for another week, but I'll walk around campus. It's about a five mile walk a day. And I'm working out a lot today

Ht. 5'7", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 160 lb - ah, for some reason i feel so disgusted with myself right now. i been happy all day, and after i came home from my night class today i looked in the mirror and was absolutely disgusted! i feel like i have gained 50lbs in the last 2 weeks. (mind you its that time of the month, and im having some family issues) I know that weight loss is a slow process, but i'm looking in the mirror like where the hell did this fat come from? lol, Now that im writing this, its giving more motivation to lose this ugly excess fat. Is there anyone out there with and pointers on how to stick with it? or success stories? please share!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 155 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 135 lb - hi everyone so its been exactly 7 days since i started portion controlling and mild excersise (30 mins 4-5 days a week) drinking lots of water and i lost 2lbs!!! i start with a bowl of special k every morning, eat a special k bar for a mid morning snack, i eat lunch at school, eat supper at home (ieat early) than excersise (can be anything that gets heart rate up i dance or walk). Drink 1 glass of water with every meal/snack. remember weight does not come off over night!! good luck see u next WED!!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 177 lb, Today: 177 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 139 lb - Hey guyz. I walked 3 laps around the track today. And I ended up walking home after I got out of school. My first goal to losing 39 pounds is coming to an end this friday. I thought im supposed to feel better? I don't cuz im constantly gettin put down by mi family. I hope that things will get better. Cuz I have been eating everyday from the time I get home from school till I go to sleep. If anyone has any suggestions please let me.

I LOVE that show! just wanted to let you know that tonight is the season premiere at 8 o clock on NBC channel 4. This show is so so inspirational and it's just amazing to see those determined people trying to lose weight! also I loove BOB! I actually have a bit of a crush on him..lol anyway, be sure to watch it. It's an amazing show where people are changing their lives by losing weight, if you need inspiration..watch it!!

I am buried in mountains of homework and usually finish around 9:00 or 10:00 every night, plus I think I'm gonna have to give up being in choir if this keeps up becuase this is just insanity. I love my friends and everything but I need Christmas vacation sooo badly right now!! Ugh, anyway. So my eating is improving and gym has made me sore ALL OVER--which sucks. But hopefully that should speed up the weight loss. Currently my scale is on the brink so I can't really use it, so hopefully I will be able to notice my clothes getting looser or something. I've been having dreams about guys (one that I've been crushing on since I was 14 and one that I've been crushing on since Feb) they were nice dreams...some of them, we're I was with either one of them and get this--in the dreams, I was skinny. It just makes me wish that I was skinny so that they could notice me because I know that's what it is. Of course i don't want a guy who just wants me because of my body (those types are jerks) I want someone who wants me for my heart but still in order to FEEL beautiful around a guy, I want to to be thin and healthy. I want to feel comfortable and not have a guy struggle to put his arms around me. I want to have a guy be able to take me in his arms and lift me off my feet. I want to be lighter than a guy and not heavier..you know what I mean? it just makes me feel like crap knowing how long this is taking. Also, I hate my stomachsssssss that's right plural! :(

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - wooohooo lost another pound so im 166 now. i keep goin up and down but i know its water weight and what not. so i only have to lose 2 more pounds to not be considered "overweight" anymore, even though i still am. id be at the higher end of the "normal weight" range. gah im getting so close but i still feel so far. wish me luck! and goood luck guys :):)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 10 st 0, Today: 9 st 0 (BMI %tile: 77), Goal: 8 st 7 - Hey I was on here alot before and it really helped. I thing you guys should all keep going. I used to be 10st and i lost just less then a stone in 7 weeks. I then went on holiday expecting it all to pile back on but ended up losing the last couple of pounds resulting to a stone weight loss in total. So after 7 weeks, 5 weeks holiday and 3 weeks since then ive lost a stone i have not put it back on! im so happy about that and i just wanted to say that slow and steady does work in the long run and good luck to all of you. Its ok to have slip ups but dont ruin it by giving up. Now ive been off my exercise for about 8 weeks now and not really cared what i eat and its still stayed off but i shall be going back to the exercize and trying to lose another 7 lbs :) Good luck everyone! x (Note: 9 st 0 is 126 lb.)
