Ht. 5'1", Start: 185 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - I went to the doctor for a check up yesterday and his scale said that I weighed 175 pounds. But my scale at home says that I weigh 180 pounds. The doctor's scale is digital and mine isn't. And when I did have a didital scale it broke by saying I was 80 pounds. So I don't know who's to believe.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - whoa I've been eating like the biggest pig since Sunday. I haven't eaten that much junk like in a year. All I've been eating (since Sunday) has been like chips and fried food. UGH. I don't know what happened. It was there and I just dove in like a fat monster. School is starting TOMORROW. Hopefully I can get back on track. Ugh this summer went by so fast, time freaks me out. I hope I have a good day back tomorrow. School is the last thing I need right now! all those people looking at me. My self esteem is lower than a bug under a brick. I just hope it goes well...hope you all are doing good.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - heyyy. so yesterday i went overboard on the eating. but thats okay, the day before i had hardly ate at all so i think it evens out in the end. i tried on a bikini today. just the top. and it actually looked decent. my lower stomach still needs to lose a bit more and my arms but otherwise it wasnt totally disgusting like it would have been had i still been 225lbs. everyone keeps telling me ill be too skinny at 150, but seriously thats the perfect weight for my height and age. i guess ill just take it 5 pounds at a time and see how i look, and see if i can stand to lose more. my actual goal weight is 145 but i just want to see how ill look at 150 first. i think 145 would be amazing. anyways i hope everyone is doing well, and keep pushing guys! :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 166 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 115 lb - Hi! I have a question for everyone. Do your parents force you to eat? Last night we had chinese and i really didn't want to eat it all, so I just asked to leave. My dad got all offended though and said i shouldn't have ordered it, which i didn't, and that i couldn't leave until i ate it all. So i of coursed forced it down. I should have known better. That's been a rule ever since I was 3. They would give me 5 times as much as i could eat and then just make me sit at the table until it was gone or they beat me and sent me to bed (sorry, that sounded kind of harsh, but they beat me with a belt and that was that). So two questions: 1: am i alone? and 2: any tips?

Ht. 5'2", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 108 lb - For some reason, I just can't get myself to exercise. School's coming at the beginning of September and I'm definitely not ready. I don't know how to motivate myself, it's super annoying. And I eat terrible so I don't know what to do.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 227 lb, Today: 228 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - Hey, Ben here again. So, I've been thinking. I know my problem, I just can't solve it. I can't. I have no idea how to get started, and get used to the routine of dieting and exercising. My house doesn't really have that much food, but when we do, it's the worst stuff. My portions that my parents are huge, and I know it is, I eat it anyways. But back to getting started, anyone have any tips? I also do -not- like to exercise outside. I have a small fear of bees, and I don't like being watched while exercising. Any tips?

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 176 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 145 lb - Hey peeps. Well yesterday my aunt had us over for a family dinner, so that was not great. Pizza, ice cream, fries, onion rings, diet soda...the only good thing was that I ate some salad a steamed veggies, plus I rode 20 min on my back afterward to work a little of it off. This morning I woke up feeling determined. I had 1 cup of Cheerios with 1 cup skim milk and a 6 oz glass of juice, then for lunch I had some left over pizza with a side of broccoli, then I did laps in the park on my bike for 40 min. I hope I'm 170 by the end of September, seriously. Ugh. Oh well, I'm off to freshen up!

well according to the charts im overweight by five pounds...
my friends even told me that ive gained weight in the past couple of months compared to how i was...
i guess this is wat happens wen u come from a thim family...

my mom thinks im very overweight though and wants me to lose she says about twenty pounds at the least...

I thought "well, i'v gained back 10 punds(must have been all the candy apples and such from Pike Fair-by the way, anybody live in alleghany or catteraugous couny, N.Y?-, but its mearly ten pounds. I'll work it off in 2 weeks(I'm happy that my fat is rather evenly distributed about my body,if it all went to my belly I'd be quite irked. Anywho, your on-site calculator states that I'm in the 97th(!!!) percentile. From what I know, bmi can be judged as a percentage ou of 100. Sice the calculator states that I am heavier than 97 out of 100 people, I wondered "Man, where are these people from?!!"Nearly everyone in my grade-10th- is very overwieght, and those who are'nt (mainly the 4-5 sporty girls) have gained a pretty big amount of fat in 4 months. I think that bmi should be judged by, say, your region or state, rather than a probobly outdated 100 person ratio.Anybody agree? Oh, and,seriously, does anybody live in Western N.Y? If so, please speak up!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - so i went online and looked at a BMI calculator. apparantly all i have to lose is 3 more pounds to be considered "normal weight". but it would be one pound short of being overweight lol so at 164lbs i will no longer be overweight. are u kidding me??? ive never been considered normal weight. I am so happy my dreams are coming true it took so long but im getting there. only 17 pounds left and this journey comes to an end. but my journey as a slim healthy person begins. ahh im so excited. if i can do it anybody can. seriously. good luck guys!!:)
