Ht. 5'1", Start: 177 lb, Today: 181 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 105 lb - Hey guys. I had went to the doctors tuesday. And the nurse weighed me. And I went up in weight. I weigh 181 pounds. And yesterday mi boyfriend had called me and broke up with me. And he told me that its cuz he likes another girl. He is such an ass.
Excuse mi language. But he made me mad. Its been a long, horrible week. I had nothing but bad news.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 182 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 145 lb - Hey guys!! Well I'm really excited becuase I joined Weight Watchers today! The bad news? I weigh more than I thought, 182! The good news? I feel really motivated now, lol. Yay! :D I want to reach my goal by December 31, 2009, and I really think I can do it. My healthy mom is being such a doll by stepping in to help me. With her support I know I can do this. I can't wait to fell comfortable in my body. I just wanna feel healthy and confident instead of feeling crappy and self-conscious all the time. I'm really ready for a big change in my life. I also started acne meds to please pray for me that they work in time for my Christmas dance! ;) Thanks guys, just had to share the news!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - FINALLY! a day that i didn't mess up. I had 2 apples and 2 yogurts for breakfast, veggie soup and 2 hard boiled eggs for lunch, and a veggie subb from subway for dinner. i also had half of a butter tart for dessert and a few sips of my boyfriends pepsi. all in all, it was about 1200 calories, plus i walked to and from work (40 mins total) and went for a 20-30 min walk with my sister. so it was over an hour of walking today. i really feel it in my butt muscles lol which is cool, cause i have like no butt and i want it to have more shape! anyways, i decided im not looking at the scale at all until monday when i usually write down my weight, that way if i do well ill be surprised and happy with my results. good luck everybody! resist your temptations because even though its hard to say no to that junk food, it feels a hell of a lot better knowing u conquered your craving than it does feeling bloated and fat after you've binged on it. :) take care! xo

For those wondering I started really working at losing this weight and actually losing it back in Jan. or Feb. I haven't always done as good as I should otherwise I would have lost more by now. I'm working really hard, I'm just struggling a little with wut I'm eating but I know I can do it. Everyone keep up the good work!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 161 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 134 lb - I was able to get down to 134 and stay there for a little while but then i slowly went back up to 161 and now im starting again and im going to keep it off this time i might need your help.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - okay, so today i think i did pretty well. for breakfast i had two pieces of toast with a little peanut butter and jam, and then for dinner i had a 12 inch veggie sub on whole wheat with no meat, only a little cheese and a littttle sub sauce. and a 90 calorie special K granola bar. then i went for a 20-30 minute walk with my sister. it was a good day i think. now if i can just keep it up! good luck everybody. stay strong!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI %tile: 81), Goal: 150 lb - GOD. okay so i keep trying and then messing up. all i want is to weight 164 to be considered a normal weight, then to get down to 160. those are attainable goals, but i can't control myself!! today though, so far i've only had about 525 calories. i had a big bowl of veggie soup, and 1 single slice of pizza. (i couldn't deprive myself, but only one slice is a big deal for me lol, i LOVE pizza). anyways, i power-walked for 30 minutes lastnight, and i plan on walking/jogging with my sister tonight if it doesn't rain. She's desperately wanting to lose weight also. If i can lose 59 pounds, then she can. So ive been counting her calories and made her a lunch for work so she doesnt get too stressed out with the counting like i did in the beginning. anyways im blabbering on, but good luck everyone and wish me luck! i need some self control lol byee :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - first of all sorry i didn't realize i kept putting my current weight in the starting weight spot and my starting weight in the current weight spot and ok i dnt think i've ever posted any thing about my family but i have 7 other siblings and we're not shore yet but there my be another baby on the way with means i'll have to baby sit a alot more with isn't so horriable (i have my sister to help me shes 17) but the more babbysitting the less exercise the less exercise the more weight X__X

Ht. 5'11", Start: 220 lb, Today: 192 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 170 lb - Well, I've managed to gain another 20 -bleeping- punds from what I've lost in the last 1 1/2 months. Can anyone give me a hand in how to solve this problem? I mean, the food at my tiny little town of Friendship's school is , of course, laden with calories and fat, even though it is supposed to be healthy. Everybody is starting to gain wieght(even all the pretty, hot and or nyce looking girls in my class are putting on wieght. One of them, a friend of mine, said she gained 30 pounds in the weeks we have had school.She wonders why: Double pizza at lunch, 2 cheese filled pretzals, and 2 bags fudge.Our school is trying some new fitness merger, where 3 other schools will try and combine efforts with ours, and give us exercise equipment, a wieght trainer, 1 for every grade, and some fat moniters or something like that for the locker rooms.I highley doubt this will have but the smallest impact, but, hey, thats the the cookie crumbles. Comments or help, please respond!!!

There is this guy in my class that I really like. And I had a friend of mine tell him. Im glad that's out there. But im painfully shy when it comes to finding out wether or not he has a girlfriend, and if he doesn't does he like me too. Also I think its cuz of my weight. Please if anyone wanrts to be mi weightloss buddy, let me knw.
