Ht. 5'3", Start: 200 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - ok so as you can see i want to loose 50 lbs, however that may change once i get closer to my goal because i don't believe in a number i believe in how i feel, and how i look. i don't wanna be the "perfect" look by far. I am unusually comfortable with how i look and i have been told i don't look as big as i weigh. my ultimate goal is to be healthy, i want to be fit and to be able to go up a flight of stairs with out gasping for breath. i have just started college so access to a gym is a two minute walk away. however access to greasy food via meal plan is also a two minute walk away funny huh? i have to walk through the cafe to get to the gym... you gotta love it. so please wish me much luck i can use it

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - so i got down to 140 pounds. school starts in about a week. i didnt get down to 130, but i wasnt really expecting to. 20 pounds in 2 and 1/2 months isnt too bad i dont think. i met up with some friends yesterday and they didnt seem to notice anything which kinda sucked. i have a qestion, will 130 be fine for me? i really just want to be healthy and normal, and fit into medium sized clothing at most stores. idk i guess im just paranoid cause im 140 and im still pretty big, and im not sure losing 10 pounds will show much more difference.

do you guys think its possible to reach my goal weight of 135 (negative 57 pounds) by august next summer?
also , my biggest problem areas are my inner thighs and my belly,any suggestions on extra focus for these areas?i want to lose most of the weight in these 2 places.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 133 lb, Today: 133 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 110 lb - i need some help. this past school year was crazy, i gained 36 pounds all from stress. i wanted to lose some weight this summer but i didn't really stick to my goal. its really hard to motivate myself and i never eat right because my mom stocks the kitchen with fattening food and we don't really have the money to throw it all out and a ton of new stuff. so can anyone help me? much appreciated.

today this boy got mad at me cuz i accidentally stepped on his shoe & i guess i made it like slightly dirty so i told him sorry but he was still pissed & he was shouted to the whole class "my shoes would be nice if some people didn't step on it!" & he was pointing at me & i heard him call me a "fatass" cuz i was pretty much right next to him and it hurt...i understand hes mad but i wasn't purposely trying to step on his shoe i kno i shouldn't take peoples words to offense & i kno i am fat but its jus the fact that i barely even kno this guy & he disrespected me infront of the whole class even tho i was truely sorry... so he jus totally ruined my day sorry guys i just had to vent. ugh people don't even care about other peoples feelings sometimes =/.
