Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi guys. Yesterday I did pretty well except I a had a weird binge late at night: crackers with salsa. I know, weird, right? Today I did well though and I walked for over an hour even it was really hot outside, so I'm proud of myself. I really want to be 174 before school starts on in September. I really hope to be 160 by the end of sophomore year, so I want to work REALLY hard this year to reach that goal. I'll check in later, peeps. :P

I have a hard time doing cruntches because my belly makes it hard to get up. I also cannot go pushups because i cant hold up my body weight. My mom who is skinny, gives me a hard time about it and wont buyme any new clothes until i loose weight. She also makes me wear bikinis because my belly streches out the one pieces too much so she is constantly buying me new ones. So if any of you have any advice it would be great. Ht. 6'0", Start: 245 lb, Today: 233 lb, Goal: 190 lb - yeah! i lost 8 pounds this week! i leave for school in a week i have been eating 4 small meals a day, mostly chicken salads, for lunch and dinner, a cucumber for another and a greenpeper for another. i have been running 2 times a week andd lifting 3! i feel great!! i also jump rope on the days i lift...im not even hungry! everyone keep up the good work!

Let's just say that my family is going through a tough time tight now...that's one of the reasons it's so hard for me to loose weight. When I'm stressed, my face breaks out and I overeat, and then I feel lousy and hate myself, and it just starts this really vicious cycle that's hard to break. But in good news, I LOST A POUND!!! Yeah, it's taken since the end of June for that. But I'm still happy. It's been hard, but I've slowly been weaning myself off desserts and second portions. Next week I'm going to start exercises. Much love guys, I plan on posting every day now. :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 194 lb, Goal: 135 lb - ok so i haven't been on here an about a week I'm not weighing myself cuz I'm on Mr.P i am still doing well i got some new under clothes and i like the way my body is starting, to look well less flabby this guy David asked me out (my friend elena's boy friend's friend)BUT i said NO not cuz he wasn't a great guy or wasn't hot cuz he is but he is also thin and I think that he deserves better thin the fat chick does anyone else have problems with that? anyway i think I'm doing alot better now that my body realized food is only to keep me living no more then that (I STOPED EATING OUT OF BORDEN YAY) so i been eating 3 meals a day and exercising at night (i hate exercising in the day when ppl can see me running and stuff so i go out at like 12am and exercise til 2am) i am really starting to like salad and stuff like oatmeal i can't wait for school to start i also got alot of new hobbies cuz of all the free time i have now not eatin all the time (i found out i love books) ok that all just need to vent =)

EVER! ok I'm done. Oh, p.s --a question. So I heard that its good to exercise right after you eat because you burns the cals and also some girl I know said she does it and she drops weight like crazy. Let me know guys, please. Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 130 lb - i didnt binge last night! well my idea of binge eating is half a slice of bread with peanut butter and those little chip bags BUT STILL! i felt so happy i jumped around for like half an hour. my family doesnt know i eat at night so they all thought i was crazy haha. anyway im down to 146 and school starts on september third so i think i can probably get to 140 by then, maybe, maybe hit the 130s if i get lucky. wish me luck!
