Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'm 175 now! so I lost like 3 lbs or somrthing. I don't know whether to be excited or not...what if this is just some kind of hoax my scale is playing on me again? I remember checking last week and it said 180 and I almost cried because I don't want to touch the 180's ever!!! I've been there and it feels like dirt. I just hope this 175 is REAL and it goes DOWN from here, prayyyyyyyyyy~!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 130 lb - 199.4! I'm finally in one-derland! yay! I haven't been this low for....a year? I really want to be 198-197 by sunday, though- I'm not sure if I can do it, but I'm going to try. After Sunday I have one more week to get down to 195 for my best friend's wedding that I'm in- and the dress could definitely look better on me. She picked the dress out and bought it for me to pay her back without my ever seeing/trying it on because it was on a really big sale. It shows a lot of boobage, so I'm kind of nervous about it. right now I'm a 38 DDD, so I guess I have a lot to show- but that doesn't mean I want to. I'm going to be self-conscious the entire time. I wish there was a way to go down a cup size in a week and a half. lol. and it's outdoors in the middle of august, so- def. not the time for sweaters, and it's a halter, so i can't wear a tank under it...idk. okay- sorry for babbling- my new... School starts and I want to look good to surprise all of my friends, then I'll slow things down to about 5lbs per month, mainly through exercise and strength training, since i want to be fit as well as slim. If i'm able to keep up with my ambitious timeline I'll have lost 35lbs this summer! I want to at least lose 25, so, at least 10 more lbs and i'll be really happy. (view less)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 215 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 130 lb - woot. okay- i'm down to 200.4lbs so i've officially lost 15lbs this summer. I really really really want to lose about 10 more within the next month and a half before school starts and finally feel comfortable in my size 16 pants (rather than the tight18 I started out with this summer). I can fit into the 16's, but it's just a bit tighter than i feel comfortable wearing, but my 18's are huge on me! I want to be one size so I can buy new clothes before school starts! how many pants sizes have you guys lost throughout your weight loss? BEcause I haven't lost an entore pants size (note- still in-between sizes) even though i've lost 15lbs!! argh! I want to be smaller- not the same size and lighter.lol!

To be honest, no one at my school has ever treated me badly, I have tons of friends, and have had a couple boyfriends, but I just want to be normal. aghhhhh.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - ok, so today i really started the whole system. For breakfast i had a smaller bowl of cereal, instead of the big bowl I usually have. For lunch i had a pizza, with some grapes, instead of chips. And for dinner i think i am going out to eat. Yeah i kno not a good way to start, but i saw this tip on tv. Im gunna ask for a box when my food comes and cut everything in half. Put the rest away for lunch or something another day. But yeah and im gunna jumprope and lift weights. So im hoping i keep to this. Any suggestions, msg me plz at z_man1120@yahoo.com. For subject plz put blubber buster. Thx

I know it's only a pound but it's a start, ysterday i totally stuck to it, my mom offered me a rally fatty creamy mousse and i took it, looked at it and gave it back to her, i haven't done that in sooo long and i'm really proud of myself for not eating it. This morning ive eaten rice krispies and some grapes, in a minute i'm going to get a fat free yoghurt! I think i'm finally on track again, thankyou for helping me get started again, good luck to everyone! Keep going, don't give up!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hi, I'm Giselle. Two years ago I started going on a diet from my original weight of 184 lbs and was doing pretty good. By last summer I was down to 164 lbs. But then I had some family issues and when I had a bad day (there were a lot last summer) I would eat for comfort and stopped exercising. Eventually I went back to my old ways and a year later I am almost back to where I started. I bought the book The Diet for Teenagers Only, which I'm excited about and think will help, but I just feel so unmotviated right now becuase I feel unhealthy and tired all the time, plus I have acne and some of my clothes form last year don't fit. Can someone PLEASE leave me a little motivation? :(

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey guys. so im pumped cause i was browsing on the net lastnight and found this diet supplement (no its not a diet pill) that combines 10 "superfoods" which apparantly are extremely good for your health. i saw it on oprah and its good for clearing acne, aiding in weightloss and taking years off your age. im only 19 so i dont need the aging thing, and i have really clear sking so i dont need it for that, but its good for overall health and apparantly gives your skin a really healthy glow. so i ordered it after reading the testimonials and i cant wait til it comes in! ill let you guys know how it works. its called Leptovox. i read all the ingredients and everything so its safe. eeek im excited. i really hope it helps with my weightloss and overall health. wish me luck! and good luck everyone we can do it
