Ht. 5'7", Start: 190 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey everyone. Well Saturday was bad the only thing I ate was Mr. Hero. Today so far is chicken. I need some help I'll only eat like twice a day but its not so healthy its usually noon and 8pm. What should I do.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - wow ok i started trying to lost weight over the summer. it's been a little over a month and i've lost about twelve pounds. it's been really hard, and really tiring, but i feel like i accomplished alot. i do know that i have a really long way to go though, and im really scared that im not going to be able to make it to 130 by the time school starts. im scared about that, and im also scared that by the time i reach 130, it may not be enough and ill still look and feel over-weight. its kinda weird though, because ive learned alot about myself while losing weight, i really had to look at myself and see why the reasons i eat and it was mainly because i felt bad about myself. i had to see who and what happened so that i felt this way. another thing is that i had to find outlits instead, wheni felt that way, instead of eating. its helped alot and i feel alot better.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - blehhhhh. okay so i have NOT been watching what i eat for the past like 4 days... and ive been drinking everynight with friends for the past couple of days too... and i also had my period so im a little bloated. so i gained like 3 pounds but im pretty darn sure its water weight because i always go up and down the week of my period. sorry to you dudes out there i know its T.M.I but still lol so starting today im going to count my calories again and exercise. wish me luck! im goin to dance in my room for a while, since im home alone haha its a good workout. good luck guys! everyones doing awesome!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 179 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 150 lb - God ive not posted here for what feels like ages. I have mixed emotions over how ive been doing in my attempts to lose weight this summer. Since June i have only lost 4lbs. I know that 4lbs is better than nothing and great when you consider that most summers ive tried to lose weight and actually gained BUT i know i could have lost a lot more. The thing is that i keep binging. I keep gaining a few lbs from weekend binges taking me to about 160 and then i spend the next week dieting so i get back to 157 by the next weekend but it keeps going on like that. In the couple weeks i have gained and lost the same 3lbs numerous times. The only reason i binge is because it is the only time i eat unhealthy foods, i cant seem to eat anything i dont consider as 'healthy' otherwise even if its in my calorie count for the day. Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 197 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok so i've been doing this sense i was 8 years old and i'm just now finding out how to stay on a diet u have to have a reason for losing weigh not just want to be thin u have to have a real reason i started at 228 pounds i'm now 197 i still have 70 pounds to lose but i lost the 31 pounds by having a reason my reason is if i don't do this i'll never be happy and i know that but anyway how did i lose the weight i did easy just sticking with what i started

Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - OK, today was very hard. For breakfast i had an green apple, and a vanilla slim-fast. That was good. Lunch my mom took me and my sisters to applebee's. Its like a burger-joint with everything else. That was hard. I got a burger, cut it in half, saved the rest for later. Then i ate the other half of burger, with all my fries, and a salad. So that was alot healtier than usual. But dinner was HARD. My mom had friends over, and so they made buffalo wings, taquitos, burritos, mozarella sticks, queso, chips, Etc. I got some of everything, but ended us eating more than planned. So now i feel like i threw off my whole diet. So tomorrow im gunna exercise twice. In the morning and at night. But yeah so today was a hard day. But any tips plz msg me. Thx

Ht. 6'0", Start: 226 lb, Today: 195 lb, Goal: 165 lb - So today was weigh-in and I expected my weight to be up because my food intake has been all over the map this week and I haven't exercised much to speeak of; however, much to my surprise, I apparently lost two pounds, which is good. I woiuld like to lose another 6 before the 25th. If I do, I'll have reached my goal of in the 180's for the beginning of crew season. Good luck to you all with your goals.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 300 lb, Today: 300 lb, Goal: 285 lb - So tomorrow is weigh-in day. Im planning on weighing in every other day, jst to think of wut i do need to work on. But today i had 2 waffles for breakfast. Wheat waffles with sugar free syrup. Yeah i kno, still unhealthy but a lil better. For lunch i had 2 slices of pizza, along with half a can of pineapple. MMMMMMMM. Dinner i had chili dogs, with no bread, and cut the hot-dag in half to make two. So kinda tricking my body, to think that i hate two hot-dogs when i only ate one. Now tomorrow my mom is off, and she was like, im taking you n ur sisters to lunch. That will be hard, for it will be the first time, since i started this diet that i will be going out to eat.(on other post,we ended up eating at home) But, im gunna do the tip, where you just put a portion of it away in a box. AND TAKE IT HOME. So im gunna ask if i cn have a box, right when my food comes out. But yeah i also walked the neighborhood, jumproped for ten minutes, and did some sit ups and push ups to get the exercise in. If u have anymore tips, plz let me kno...and wish me LUCK

But I have practice from 2-8 today and I always seem to eat when I get home even if I'm not hungry. Does anyone have a suggestion for me. Like I walk in the door and eat and I don't even realize I'm doing it till I already ate.
