The past couple days have been terrible eating wise and today im trying to get back on track but im just so fricking hungry Bfast- 2 weetabix + 1 mullerlight yoghurt + melon (330) Lunch- 2 slice nimble bread + ww salsa tuna + cereal bar (265) Snack- grapes (100) Dinner- salmon, carrots + potatoes (700) Total= 1395 The total isnt too bad but the thing is that im still hungry. Its completely psychological though as my stomach feels full and bloated but my mind is telling me that im hungry so i should keep eating. I hate this! Im getting so close to my goal but this just shows that when i get there ill have to continue dieting or ill end up gaining all the weight back =/

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 150 lb - okay. ive been doing okay food wise. did a few days of billy blanks tae bo. been doing squats togive me a bit more of a butt lol i have no bum and it irritates me! i have a weird frame. wider shoulders, hardly any hips and no butt but big boobs. i carry mostof my weight in my midsection. i dont have a gut my stomach is really flat but really flabby. so i think if i lose more weight in my waist ill look more hourglass. bah idunno. im losing hope here. i just wanna get out of the 170s!i wanted tolose like 5-10 pounds this summer. didnt lose a damn pound.didnt gain either but still.. wanted to lose. i dunno im gonna workon it some more and see what happens. i want this so bad... good luck everyone

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 175 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I just danced it up right nowww on fast songs in my Ipod for like an hour or more...I'm sweating. Sweat makes me feel good. Like I've actually worked out, you know. If I don't sweat, I feel like I didn't do it hard enough. Anyway, my face is fattttt, my stomach is fatttttt, my arms fat from certain anglesss and I hate the little fat on my back, all lumpy and gross---gahhhhh. I just need to fix all those errors and I'll be fine. I have to get rid of these love handles! I HATE THEM! I want a waist. This spare tire is pissing me offf. I want to get out of these damn 170's before I go berserk! I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. Ok, thanks for letting me vent...good luck you guys=)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 184 lb, Today: 177 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I'm really starting to notice a difference in how I feel since I started drinking a lot of iced tea and water and skipping seltzer and soda. It's a good feeling. Except I've been eating much more veggies than I have been in a while, so I've been a little bloated and stuff. Today I did well I think, though I got my monthly today so I felt like trash (it's horrible for the first 2 days) and couldn't force myself to exercise. BUT I'll get through it and I won't weigh in till the beginning of next week for more accurately. It inspires me to read everybody's posts, no matter if anyone replies to mine. :D Have a good weekend (what's left of it).

I think I did well in physical activity today, due to the fact that I biked 11 miles. In order to achieve my goals I want to drink 8 or more glasses of water per day and cut out carbonated beverages. I also want to watch my portion sizes. Does anyone who has tried and tried to lose weight before but is finally doing it have any tips for sticking with it?

LOL i am seriously psyched...i havent weighed this little since last year when i lost a lot of weight through an ED which i gained straight back so im really pleased ive managed to lose it again HEALTHILY! I go back to school on the 18th which is like a week so i know i wont be down 4lbs by then but im still looking forward to going feeling good about myself and my body. I'd say im about 85% happy with my body..i still want to lose about 10 more lbs after my target as im pearshaped so i have a tiny upper body with a reaaally flat stomach but my legs and bum are a bit bigger than my upper body and i want to even that out a bit more and tone up. Seriously guys...just stick at it. You WILL lose the weight if you keep going, when i first started in march i struggled as i was constantly falling off the wagon but now i do good 9 out of 10 times although i still have occassional slip ups.
