Ht. 5'9", Start: 200 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 150 lb - So I started Weightwatchers and it has totally change my way of thinking and eating! Its been a week, and i feel wonderful. I workout 3 to 4 days a week nothing serious i will do a class of areobics, walk/jog, play volleyball or something. I eat more fruits and veggies. I still eat anything i want. Its great! Not even expensive! Plus im losing weight and feeling great! I dont even consider it a deit, its how you should eat you know? First off, I'm going to see my brother and his family in Jan. along with a couple of my friends that moved down there in Florida in Jan and I want to look fantastic so I have a good time. My mom was dinosed with being debitic about 4 days ago. Its scarey cuz she is 240 and well im 205 not that much of a difference...well anyways the docter told me if i don't get it off, then i will become debitic too...and i DON'T want that to happen at all. Im eating the meals that my mom eats because they are low carb low only natural suger and probley not alot of cals either...were also takeing a walk morning then ill be walking at school plus p.e. and a walk after dinner..im going to do more excerise too but yeah so you know i hope i can loose this! it looks like you all have done a great job, and thats really freakin awsome i hope i can do the same. so i have a qustion....is sprite zero bad to have? i really love it and i know water is better but you know if i can have that every once in a while that would be awsome because i have tryed to diet and i could not last 3 days with out it lol well yeah bye

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - okay so yesterday, being halloween, i let myself have whatever i wanted. i didnt even eat any actual food except for a tiny piece of lasagna and some macaroni salad. it was pretty much all chocolate throughout the day. didnt gain any weight though which i am happy about. but today i started fresh, i know what i want and im going to have it. i have a wedding to go to in february and id like to be at most 160 by then. so 10 pounds, not a huge goal but its reasonable. i want to buy some nice clothes for the occasion and id feel way better about myself with a little less flab, especially in the lower belly. anyways, today i had some tofu for breakfast, two 35 cal yogurts and an apple as a snack at work, and then came home and had some all bran cereal. only about 650 calories so im definately going to eat something later when i get hungry because i dont want my metabolism to crash. i just...
