Ht. 5'6", Start: 182 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 145 lb - WOW!!! Since September 24 I've lost 10lbs!!! I am SO happy! I haven't weighed this in over a year. Last year I was 176-180 back and forth but now I finally broke my plateau!! By the end of the month I hope to be 170 and by Christmas I hope to be 165... *crosses fingers* I hope I reach my goal by summer... God I really really want that to happen!

Im really anxious about looking at the scale next week but Im so afraid that I wont lose a pound... this sucks! I hate anxiety! Ht. 5'5", Start: 235 lb, Today: 193 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - So since starting my medifast diet 2 weeks monday. I have lost 7 pounds. im really excited. that means ive lost a total of 42 pounds total having done some of the work previous to starting this diet. Last night i tried on a size 16 pants from old navy that i havnt worn in forever. They were tight in the thighs but really loose on the waist. i was so happy. I cant even remember the last time i even weighed this much. Let alone how much im going to weigh soon. Im happy good luck to everyone. Hope your doing well.

I hate my thighs... I have like old lady thighs ick... it looks ok from the front but the back is not cute at all lmao... This is my second day of exercising and being serious... I see that my monthly goals aren't working so I'm taking everything one day at a time. But damn I want a slice of pizza! I'll get some water instead

I feel good... actually I'm hungry now (because I haven't eaten in a few hours...) The doctor put my father on a diet so He has fruits already cut up in the fridge so that we can just eat them when we are hungry
