Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Well I was looking in the mirror last night and I noticed that I have a huge butt! lmao... I was like wow I have a big butt cuz it was so big... Well Im fasting this week hopefully I lose weight... but everytime it's time for me to eat I eat a hell of a lot of food... to make up the time that I didnt eat... I have to do better tomorrow... lol but i'm down 10 lbs... so im happy... i can't wait to be in the 270's again... I know it still means im fat but I gain almost 20 lbs last year that's why Im happy... Oh now my b.f and I are not doing so well... I think we are about to break up :s >:) I have a back up one tho lol

Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 187 lb - Ok i haven't written on here in awhile But I'm back cause I gained 10 pounds and I'm not happy I want to lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks I'm in no rush I've Got Plenty of time usually I try to lose weight to fast and that's why I mess up so I'm trying something different this way I want be so hurt when I don't lose what I wanted that week I can lose a pound a week

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 153 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - So i weigh myself before i eat so i don't count food and water weight in it. And now im at 153!!!! So my goal is to get to 150 pounds by next weekend. I know you're not suppose to lose more than 2 pounds a week but im on my period so some water weight should go. So I'm not going to weigh myself until sunday morning. Hows everybody else doing?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 165 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hi..I'm new here...I'm sick of looking at myself in the mirror and not being happy with what I see. I'm so sick of feeling the way I feel, insecure, and unhappy. I shy away from pictures because I don't want people to see me that way...I don't want the current me to be frozen in time.
I've tried SOO many diets...but I know the key to keeping off weight is eating healthy and exercising. A couple months ago, I was doing all that I should, and I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I was so happy and proud of myself...Then one day I thought "Nah, I dont want to exercise today...I'll do it tomorrow"...and then I don't...
I lack motivation and dedication....But my New Years Resolution is to get to my goal weight by the summer. I hope that by talking to other people about it that I'll be able to get there.

Been on diet for a week now and have lost 2.7 kg. i went to gym 5 times and ate according to weighless best food choices. just had lunch:brown toast with grilled chicken, feta, cucumber, fat free cottage cheese and some piccalili. It was delicious. I think the key to weight loss is changing your meals...make it interesting and healthy. Good Luck everyone  (Note: 157 cm, 83 kg is 5'2", 183 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - Ok so today for breakfast I ate 1 set of 4 Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops and 1/2 cup Pina Colada Juice. For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on a wheat bun with WOW! Chips and water. For supper I had 1 steak and cheese fajita with water. No snacks yet. I didn't exercise today, however I went to a party tonight and danced my butt off so hopefully that will do me some good. Any advice?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - alright so finally back down to where i was before christmas holidays. that feels good. now what? ive been down to 167 before, but it seems everytime i get down there i screw it up and get back up to 170. its like i just can't shake this darn number. ah well. ive been doing well, im sure ill be able to stick it out. a month and a half until the wedding i have to go to. id like to lose 5-10 pounds by then. wish me luck! :)

I have gotten up past a mark I really did not want to go past but I'm working on getting down and I'm actually losing weight now, because I'm trying and wouldn't before. My parents and I have a resoloution to lose 40 lbs first and who ever loses it first gets a $100.00 gift card to wherever they would like (not food or starbucks or stuff like that) I have confidence in myself this time and hope that I'll be able to cut out the garbage I eat constantly.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 150 lb - Happy New Year, everyone! I hope to start this new year off right. My resolution was to lose 30 pounds. I have lost a good bit so far and I am hoping to do even better! I was down to 179 but after Thanksgiving, my birthday, and Christmas, it all went downhill. I am starting to get back on my diet, which is Weight Watchers, and exercise more. I have the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatium Wii game and I am going to try to use it everyday. I am a very picky eater and I would like to know what you all eat that is low in calories and fat. I take my lunch to school so I dont have to eat all the greasy lunchroom food. Some things I like are chicken salad, Lean Cuisine meals, and Healthy Choice meals. What are some of the things you all like to eat? I have also learned that Cheddar Rice Cakes are delicious and very good for you. Any ideas?
