Ht. 157 cm, Start: 86 kg, Today: 83 kg (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 65 kg - Hey everyone. Been on diet for a week now and have lost 2.7 kg. i went to gym 5 times and ate according to weighless best food choices. just had lunch:brown toast with grilled chicken, feta, cucumber, fat free cottage cheese and some piccalili. It was delicious. I think the key to weight loss is changing your meals...make it interesting and healthy. Good Luck everyone (Note: 157 cm, 83 kg is 5'2", 183 lb.)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 214 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 150 lb - Ok so today for breakfast I ate 1 set of 4 Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops and 1/2 cup Pina Colada Juice. For lunch I had a turkey and cheese sandwich on a wheat bun with WOW! Chips and water. For supper I had 1 steak and cheese fajita with water. No snacks yet. I didn't exercise today, however I went to a party tonight and danced my butt off so hopefully that will do me some good. Any advice?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - alright so finally back down to where i was before christmas holidays. that feels good. now what? ive been down to 167 before, but it seems everytime i get down there i screw it up and get back up to 170. its like i just can't shake this darn number. ah well. ive been doing well, im sure ill be able to stick it out. a month and a half until the wedding i have to go to. id like to lose 5-10 pounds by then. wish me luck! :)

I have gotten up past a mark I really did not want to go past but I'm working on getting down and I'm actually losing weight now, because I'm trying and wouldn't before. My parents and I have a resoloution to lose 40 lbs first and who ever loses it first gets a $100.00 gift card to wherever they would like (not food or starbucks or stuff like that) I have confidence in myself this time and hope that I'll be able to cut out the garbage I eat constantly.

I have lost a good bit so far and I am hoping to do even better! I was down to 179 but after Thanksgiving, my birthday, and Christmas, it all went downhill. I am starting to get back on my diet, which is Weight Watchers, and exercise more. I have the Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatium Wii game and I am going to try to use it everyday. I am a very picky eater and I would like to know what you all eat that is low in calories and fat. I take my lunch to school so I dont have to eat all the greasy lunchroom food. Some things I like are chicken salad, Lean Cuisine meals, and Healthy Choice meals. What are some of the things you all like to eat? I have also learned that Cheddar Rice Cakes are delicious and very good for you. Any ideas?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 186 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 92), Goal: 150 lb - This year, I want to keep to 1700/1800 calories a day and have a balanced diet. So far I've eaten: Breakfast: Granola and toast (300 cal, I make the granola and it's all natural). Snack: Grapes (20 cal?). Lunch: Sandwich (turkey, tomato, mustard, whole wheat: 220 cal). Snack: coffee bread (bad, I know: 200 cal). That's 960 calories, so I have about 800 left. What sort of dinner would round that out and balance protein/carbs/etc.?
