Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - Today i did decently good i guess. I didn't eat enough yet tho... breakfast: cereal -150 lunch: 2 eggs - 160 snack: milk - 100 crackers - 100 dinner: chicken wings - 190 vegies - 70 dessert: yogurt - 100. that totals to 800 something. i still need like around 400 to reach 1200. so later i guess.... um a few more crackers and some grapefruit and maybe more milk?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 165 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 135 lb - So far today I've eaten some little breakfast cinnamon buns, apeanut butter and jelly sandwich, a bagel, and some popcorn. I know, I've been eating sucky foods. I'm just getting so discouraged because I'm graduating this year and prom is coming up. If I look the way I do now when prom comes around, I'm not going to go. I even decided not to take senior pictures because I feel so unattractive and self conscious about my weight. I love dressing up and wearing heels and getting my hair done and stuff, but because of my weight I always wear jeans and sweatshirts! I have missed out on being a GIRL. Prom is my last chance. I have to lose this weight...

Its in May but I all ready started looking at dresses and they all show arms. Im afraid if i dont lose the weight I want i wont look good in a dress and wont go. My next mini goal is another 5 punds. I dont have a deadline, I just want to lose it nice and steady, that way i have a good chance of keeping it off. On Monday night I walked on the tredmile for a half hour, then went on the bike for 10 minutes, then I did some stretches...But that's all. I told myself I'd exercise every day this week and I haven't. But tomorrow is the day I start back up again! I've eaten pretty good this week...not great, but good. I gave into a diet pepsi and 3 slices of pizza today...something I wish I could go back in time and only take one then eat some fruit. Go to this website : fitday.com I got it from somebody on here, and it's amazing..Yeah, I had to lie about my age to use it, but you guys, it's worth it! You record all the food you ate that day, and how much physical activity...it shows you how many calories you ate, how much fat and etc...and it shows you how much fat you burned when you exercised. Ht. 5'8", Start: 250 lb, Today: 239 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 195 lb - okay, so i haven't been on here in a while. ever since christmas, i completely went downhill, i gained 4 pounds back since then. I keep saying i'm gunna start my diet tomorrow, then when tomorrow comes i say well one more day wont hurt, and so on and so on, same thing every day. Now i'm saying tomorrow again. I'm gunna actually try tomorrow. i hope i can do it. It's so freakin' hard to get the motivation to do it after you've been downhill for like, a month, who's with me on that one? Ht. 157 cm, Start: 86 kg, Today: 82 kg (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 65 kg - Start school tomorrow. It might be easier when i have more of a schedule. Had a bit of chocolate cake on Sunday and earlier in the week had chocolate and toffee. I wasn't going to cheat but it was there, i was peckish, nobody was watching and alas it was gone. Going to try be better this week. (Note: 157 cm, 82 kg is 5'2", 180 lb.)

I also have three balance meals a day (sometimes only two). Since I am unable to make it to the gym I want to try to exercise for at least an hour on my WII FIT daily. However, I need motivation to do so. Sometimes I get bored with the game and stop only after ten minutes. I also at times find myself spending most of the hour in the fun balance games. I would like to work with someone one on one and try to work out together using WII FIT (maybe on webcam if that’s possible). I think motivation is a key part of a weight loss plan and I believe that Is what I need. I also need to know exactly what I should be doing on the WII FIT for a good work out (I am clueless what a good workout is).
