Ht. 5'3", Start: 138 lb, Today: 138 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 110 lb - do you guys think that i could lose 28 pounds by lets say summer or the start of my sophomore year in september? oh and i need help with motivation, any tips?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 219.5 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - So far I've lost a total of 8.5 lbs! yay. =D 31.5 more lbs to go till I reach a 40 lb weight loss. I hope I can do it. Good luck everyone with their goals.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 152 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 115 lb - I gained two pounds.... I think it might be muscle though because my pants keep falling off. So i'm not sure. I did pretty good today. Breakfast: apples and yogurt Lunch: healthy choice panini Afternoon snack: cup of milk Dinner: (I didnt eat yet) but im going to eat these dumplings that my mom made. ground beef and carrots as the filling. they have 200 calories per 6. so im going to eat 15 of those. which is about 500 ish. and later tonight i'm going to have carrots and ranch as a snack.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 145 lb - Alright, so it was my birthday on Saturday, the big 20. Now that i'm 20 i cant blame annny of this on "baby fat" (not like i ever really did lol) so obviously i went out to dinner, had cake, had beer, etc. but today im back on track. My goal is to be at 150 by July 1st. which means i have 5 and a half months to lose 20 pounds. i calculated it, and all i have to lose is 4 pounds a month. 4 pounds is nothing!!! so why cant i do it?? i'm going to give this another try. im sick of being 170 (and more, i go up and down). ive been this weight since JUNE!! thats enough. i want to be smaller. i know i can do it, i just need to get fricken serious about it for once and stop procrastinating. So far today, ive had tofu and stir fried vegetables.... and a lean cuisine meal with some salad. Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 166 lb - Okay, so The Jiullian Michaels book scares me, It makes me feel like im on the biggest loser myself 0_0 Everything is so strict... it tells you the percentages of fat, protain, and carbs you should be eating, for your metabolism. It doesnt really work well for me though, I am supposed to eat more protain then carbs and fat, but im vegetarian. =.= It doesnt reall say andthing about it, and in the thirty day meal plan for my metabolic type there is meat in every meal.... And the exersize plan is kinda hard to follow, there a lot of exersizes in there that i dont know, and I need to learn them. So I think I am going to get down to 160 before I start that plan. So far today all I have had is a boca meatless chicken patty, with a slice of pepperjack cheese (no bun) and a cup of soy milk, so I think I will do okay. School starts again tomorrow, so we will see how that goes!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 173 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - K, so I weighed myself this morning and I've lost 6 pounds within the last couple weeks! YAY! How? I've just been eating fruits and veggies like they were candy, and I've been drinking SOO much water...I feel like I spend half my time in the bathroom. Also, I've walked on the tredmile every other day for a half hour, then on the stationary bike for 10 minutes...then I just do some stretches after. You guys, I feel AWESOME!

Ht. 5'1", Start: 398 lb, Today: 417 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 190 lb - I've been trying to loose weight for so long but i cant seem to do it. I loose a pound or two and gain 10 or 15 back. When i started trying to loose weight i was 275 & now im up to 417. That was only a year ago that i was 275. In the last week alone ive gained 19 pounds... Im having a hard time finding clothes to even fit me...The biggest maternity clothes i can find are super tight on me. All i can see are rolls behind rolls of fat when i look in the mirror. Just sitting up is a struggle for me, i dont fit in desks at school. I have to sit in a normal chair by a table. Someone pushed me over in school on the floor & i couldnt get off my back. Honestly im not over exagerating :( I dont what to do what i cant even sit up on my own. Please help someone, anyone. :(

Ht. 4'11", Start: 260 lb, Today: 267 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - What do you HATE most about being OVERweight?? I hate getting called names but I REALLY hate being BIG and REALLY REALLY HATE being TOO HEAVY!!! It's hard to fit in the desks at school and seats in a movie theater because I have so much FAT. It feels HORRIBLE to SQUEEZE into a seat that's TOO SMALL! Being TOO HEAVY feels even worse because I get SO TIRED just walking. Some days I HATE doing anything because I have to carry all the WEIGHT. When I tried to jog and lose some weight it was TOO hard to jog being this HEAVY. That's so UNfair because the more you NEED to exercise the harder it IS to exercise!!! I could exercise if I WEIGHed less but I can't weigh LESS withOUT exercise! I HATE being OVERweight!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 228 lb, Today: 222 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Okay well today I had some wheat thins and a orange. then when I got home I had these 3 sausage pattys and then I had 1 chocolate bar which all added up to 700ish calories. I decided I might have a salad for dinner with sausages or chicken and might have an apple or yogurt as a snack if I get hungry. I think I did okay except for the chocolate bar. I would say walked about 20 minutes but I'm going to do my own workout later.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 181 lb, Today: 172 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 166 lb - Okay, so I did horrible eating today, but I got on the tredmeil and burned 263 calories, and was on it for 30 min. doing intervals of incline and speed. I am going to get my dad to help me lift weights tonight. And I am going to do some strengh exersizes and yoga on the WiiFit once i get off of the internet, so not all is lost. :D . Hopefully I am going bowling tonight with some friends. (FUNFACT: Bowling for an hour burns 234 calories, but thats with no snacks of course! PS and I assume that means standing the whole time too!) So Hopefully the rest of the day will be good.

I didn't eat enough yet tho... breakfast: cereal -150 lunch: 2 eggs - 160 snack: milk - 100 crackers - 100 dinner: chicken wings - 190 vegies - 70 dessert: yogurt - 100. that totals to 800 something. i still need like around 400 to reach 1200. so later i guess.... um a few more crackers and some grapefruit and maybe more milk?
