The thing is...i have the biggest urge to binge right now. I used to get this all the time when i was bulimic (spent nov 07-nov 08 going to a therapist for that but stopped going as i didnt think it was making any difference after i got to a certain step in recovery). I mean, i dont really have huge binges anymore like i used to where i would consume literally about 3000-4000 calories in the space of about 30 mins just shoving stuff into my mouth, but i do still have days where ill eat a lot of junkfood when im not even hungry which usualy totals up to about 2500 calories for the whole day! Im trying to regulate my eating and make it more consistent so im totalling below 2000 calories every day, even on the days where i allow myself to have some junk food,... I know it helps to distract yourself by doing other things but i have a lot of school work to do at the moment which i find incredibly boring but i cant do something more fun cos i need to get the work done! It's depressing when your entire group of friends are dating guys, and you aren't. I want to feel better, and look better. I did some basketball and tennis today, but still... I need to do more. I just can't find the motivation to exercise. I feel fat, I am fat... I'm doing better with my binge eating disorder (I'm an out patient at a treatment center) so that's good; I'll be out of there in a couple weeks. That'll be after around 4 months there. Still, everyone else there weighs almost less than one hundred. I need to talk to people who aren't trying to GAIN weight. Help? Motivation? Tips?

You over-ate there is NO excuse. This is what I ate today: Breakfast-Oatmeal, Banana, Milk Lunch-Salad, Caesar Dressing, Breadsticks Dinnner-Chili, 1 Slice Pizza I havent' exercised today but I've already drunk 4 cups of water, and all I need to do is get the motivation for exercise....I finally feel motivated

Thats the first time I've weighed myself in about a year because I was always too scared to see how much I gained. But I now realise that I need to do something about it, so this year Im going to try so hard to lose some weight. I really have no idea how though. I can hardly exercise because I'v got so big! Its a little lofty, but I think I can do it if I stick to good, healthy foods. I dont know how accurate my starting weight is, because i KNOW i gained weight over X-mas. I was like wow I have a big butt cuz it was so big... Well Im fasting this week hopefully I lose weight... but everytime it's time for me to eat I eat a hell of a lot of food... to make up the time that I didnt eat... I have to do better tomorrow... lol but i'm down 10 lbs... so im happy... i can't wait to be in the 270's again... I know it still means im fat but I gain almost 20 lbs last year that's why Im happy... Oh now my b.f and I are not doing so well... I think we are about to break up :s >:) I have a back up one tho lol

So my goal is to get to 150 pounds by next weekend. I know you're not suppose to lose more than 2 pounds a week but im on my period so some water weight should go. I'm so sick of feeling the way I feel, insecure, and unhappy. I shy away from pictures because I don't want people to see me that way...I don't want the current me to be frozen in time. I've tried SOO many diets...but I know the key to keeping off weight is eating healthy and exercising. A couple months ago, I was doing all that I should, and I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks. I was so happy and proud of myself...Then one day I thought "Nah, I dont want to exercise today...I'll do it tomorrow"...and then I don't... I lack motivation and dedication....But my New Years Resolution is to get to my goal weight by the summer. I hope that by talking to other people about it that I'll be able to get there.
