Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 145 lb - i effing gained 5 pounds from christmas and all that!!!! grrrrrrrr im SO MAD!!!! some of its water weight i know that for a fact, but geeze! im so pissed off. it shows too. i can see it in my lower belly. ugh i feel like crap. i ate well today though. theres so much pop in my house, and chocolate. but i had 1 pepsi today and ate perfect. i hope i can keep it up. god im mad! ugh lol hope everyone else is okay

Ht. 5'9", Start: 215 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 140 lb - I finally am going to do something about my weight! My mother is about four inches shorter than me, and weighed 10 pounds more than me. She started this diet in October where she only eats three times a day eating only the serving size of things, and she cut out all sweets and things with high cholesterol and saturated fat. She has already lost 30 pounds, and she doesn’t even exercise! All she does is sit at home, clean, and do crafts. I’m considering taking up her little diet plan, along with exercising or some sort, but it’s winter time here, and the gyms are too far away. Does anyone know some fun exercise tapes, or yummy healthy recipes? Thank you for those that respond, and happy holidays.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 155 lb, Today: 155 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 135 lb - So I have been under a lot of stress lately. Family problems and I'll just eat and eat all day then I won't eat for days. I have gotten so bad with my eatting problems that I was bulimic and I had to stay in the hospital for a while and go to counseling. Around Januray of 08 I was fine. Then April of 08 I had to get a jaw surgery and I was on a liquid diet for 2 1/2 weeks. So before the surgery I ate a lot. I lost a few pounds after but not much. I just gone back to the doctor last month and the surgery didn't help as much as what we were hoping for. So December 31st,2008 (Oh yea new years eve) I'm getting a 2nd jaw surgery. I'm going to be on a liquid diet for a month! =/. I'll really worried about that because I have a lot of health problems. So its stressing me even more to where I eat a lot of food then get so sick I can't eat for 2 days. I don't know what to do!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 240 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I know how every over weight teen feels not wanting to go to school scared to tell people how much u weigh. well its not just that u feel left out because u cant wear what the 85-120 pound people wear. well my story is that i have been over weight my whole life but i have been trying to loose weight because i am sick of people teasing me. i started to take a 2 mile walk every day for about 4 weeks and stoped and then i watched what i ate and started to walk again and it was magic i lost 20 pounds. Now i walk 3 miles and watch what i eat and can not seem to loose any weight if anyone takes the time to read this and can help me pleese i beg u give some adivise

Ht. 5'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 190 lb - hi everyoone i was just wondering if this sounds wierd to you. so im 5'4 and 220 lbs and i no that thats like pretty big or w/e and i carry a lot of my weight in my belly, but today in homeroom we had to go to the nurse to get weighed and we had to like pull up our shirts and bend over so the nurse could see if our spine was okay or something and i guess she saw my big belly and how much i weighed because she told me to wait there and she needed to talk to me. And she told me that i was really obese and then she measured my belly and like gave me a bunch of papers and she said that all this fat was probably in my organs and now i have to stay after school and run with a gym teacher and a bunch of other fat kids. And I'm one of the biggest of everyone there and i feel so wierd with my belly jiggling around all over. But isnt it wierd that they make me stay after and run twice a week?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 214 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 145 lb - ok so i started weight watchers during the summer. it worked really well. i was a size 18/20 and now im down to a 14. i have slacked off a ton since school has started and especially during thanksgiving and my birthday. i asked for the jillian michaels fitness ultimatium wii game for christmas but i dont know if im going to get it. this summer i walked a mile everyday and i think that is what helped me a tremendous amount. but now, since its gotten colder and it gets dark earlier i dont walk. i dont have any exercise eqiupment in my house and i just dont know what to do! im a very picky eater and its hard to find diet food that i like! i babysit everyday after school and the family that i sit for is like sticks! they dont gain any weight but they eat tons and tons of junk food so they dont have anything healthy for me to snack on while im over there. im getting so discouraged. i want to ... Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 145 lb - okay, so i slacked off for about 2 weeks and gained 2 pounds back, but for the past 3 days ive done pretty well. yesterday i did 25-30 mins of exercise and on top of that, my boyfriend and i went for a long walk in the snow in his backyard which leads to a big mountain, and he taught me to snowboard lol i was exhausted afterward because it was such a hard walk going up hills and stuff. i think i did well. ive decided to not weigh myself until january, and hopefully i'll see a change then. i just hope i can keep this up. on christmas though its going to be my cheat day. ill eat whatever i want i'll just watch how much i eat. hope everyones doing well. good luck

I exercise 1 hr and 30 mins everyday except weekends and I gained two pounds...(45 mins strength training and 45 mins of cardio). I dont know if its because Im bloated because of my monthly but I'm a bit sad.... I get bloated for about 2 weeks out of the month but this has got me down... however my clothes are fitting better, My thighs are lifting, the neck bulge thing is almost non-existant anymore and my stomach is going down very well including the pooch but my scale is peeing me off!!!
