Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 230 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 199 lb - Hey guys. I am so sick of being fat. I can't take it anymore. I am friends with all the popular kids who are all in good shape and have girlfriends and they do stuff on the weekends. I never do anything because i feel like i dont fit in. I am very active because i play Football Baseball and I wrestle for the HighSchool. My problem is i eat WAYYY!!! to much. I dont get alot of support from my family and i need to turn my weight around.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 216.4 lb, Today: 208.4 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I haven't posted since september and things haven't been going well. I've gained 7lbs. since last time I checked. My problem isn't that I don't exercise. I dance three days a week, go to weight a classes and zumba classes. I love to exercise but my love of food just out weights it. I started buying food at school which is never a good plan and eating during the night. One thing i wish for is to have someone to talk about this stuff with. When the conversation about weight comes up with my friend, they all say that I look fine and not to worry. But I AM OVERWEIGHT!! I know it, and though my friends are trying to be nice and not say anything I would perfere them to say that they know I have a problem and are willing to help instead of pretending like there is nothing wrong. Ht. 5'3", Start: 216 lb, Today: 216 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Okay, so I'm at a mindset now that I want to lose weight, but I know simply thinking it won't do anything. I've got to workout. What can I do, and I'd like different options, on what I can do for exercise. I'm looking for more than running and doing crunches. Also, what keeps you motivated. A problem I have is losing motivation. What tips do y'all have to keep the momentum going and to keep the commitment?

Ht. 5'1", Start: 175 lb, Today: 200 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - hi im new here and would like to share my story. well being overweight is not easy. i cant move around as good as an average person, eat alot of junk food and fast food, and dont exersize. im so pathetic taht i was fundrasing by selling candy and actually ate 5 chocolate bars in one sitting!! and still ate lunch which was a big mac and a large fries and soda. i seriously need help because i cant do it alone. im eating constantly and dont want to any more. please help me
