omg slimming worlds diet is so good. u can eat as many carbs as u want and limited chocolate and meat its great i realy think this can work for me. for more info go to www.slimming-world.co.uk or search google if ur not britsh. anywayz good luck ppl :-) we can do this. just gotta keep saying it laterz

Ashlee Simpsons cd came out yesturday!!!! I bought it!Well ne way, I did bad for breakfast, and probably lunch to, but I am going to start bringing my lunch to the house that I babysit at so it will be ok.

well today for breakfast i had a bowl of cocoa puffs and skim like. about 200 calories together. then for a snack i had a plum. but then my friend called and invited me to the beach so all there was for lunch was hot dogs. so i had one and half a bag od doretos (the individual size) and a diet coke. then when i got home i was hungry so i had a LOT of frozen yogurt. i havent had dinner yet but i think im going to have penut butter and banana slices on low carb bread. on a scale from one to ten (one being the worst) how did i do?

here are some great foods. Light and Fit Dannon yogurt: 90 calories. Nature-Valley bars: 90 calories (and taste great!) ocean spray light cranberry juice: 40 calories a cup. and i forget the brand but there are low carb bagels: 110 calories for one and low carb bread 60 calories a slice. any one else have any good foods to share?

I used to weigh 165 in March and i'm only 5'2! My mom bought an exercise machine, that's like stair stepping but mixed with running and with dieting, I now weigh 123lbs. I've still got about 10 to go but if you keep exercising at least 20 minutes a day, 5 times a week and eat 6 meals...yes 6! you'll lose weight. The 6 meals a day boosts your metabolism so you burn more fat. Keep the calorie intake under 1200 though. Eat healthy snack (yogurt, fruits) and just exercise!

hey guys- sorry i haven't been on for a while(upward bound program takes up my summer- it's an academic program where you live on a campus if you're wondering, a great program and free to the poor like me and if you're interested look it up online...)but i'm really trying hard to get back on track because i fell off for a few weeks pretty badly. i'm now trying to take it just one meal at a time and an hour of tennis every morning(but that's fun so it's not difficult). i'm just going to do it this way untill i get to my goal. i haven't weighed myself but i know i've gained weight and i'm trying my best to not ruinall that i've strived for over the school year(30 lbs!) so i'm kicking my butt in gear. just remember to take it one peice at a time- it's a lot less overwhelming then the whole picture...

i have been trying to cut down on the junk and stuff. Is it bad to have half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and some carrots for lunch? Because i know pb and js arent too good, but i dono!

carbs are good for you.... people say that they are going to start wating healthy, so they cut out carbs.... emmm.... thats NOT healthy! a balanced diet is what we should all have!

I got on the scale this morning and I am still 183! I think it will be a long time until I get to 145! Maybe I should set smaller goals. Plz post if you have any advice!

okay..i have been trying to run 3 miles a day and do a 30 minute work out video! Though i dont have very good eating habits. Like i have cake and pizza and i just eat alot. Got any advice?

I just got the workout video called THE FIRM. and I was wondering if it really works? Also, the workout plan says for people to workout 3 times a week, but if I do it everyday instead of following the plan, will I be able to lose more weight faster? and get faster results? please answer ASAP! THanx
