On my television there is a Channel called FIT TV-- it is all exercise programs. Are they worth doing? Do they help you? Or what should you do? Also if you eat half of what you regurly eat would you have successful weight loss? If not what is a good weight loss plan?thx

I was just watching tv the other day and i saw this documentry about fast food and our health. i learned that cutting mayo from your hamburger can save you 23 grams of fat and 260 calories, and with out cheese it also saves you 11 grams of fat and 70 calories. so with out either of those a hamburger with fat free condiments s ok once in a while, with only 18 grams of fat and 290 calories (still isn't the best but look how much u can cut out). Also the salads searved from fast food restraunts, aren't that great and sometimes a hamburger can be a better choice. Especially the atkins salads, or anything with bacon-they are quite high in fat, even tho stated to have less carbs. Also some people think chicken burgers are better, and they are in most cases, btu burger kings chicken seems to have the most fat, and a hamburger with no mayo and cheese is a better choice. Just though I would share what i learned as i found it pretty suprising and interesting.

Ahh i screwed up today=( B-oatmeal, glass of juice. s-frozen yogurt (don't know how bad that is, but i am assuming its not good). l-big hotdog, on bun with ketchup, ice tea. s-pear su-a large healping of spagetti ,carrots and dip, skim milk and a piece of garlic bread (oops). i hade like 50 grams of fat today, instead of my goal of 20-25, and way too many calories. for exercise i jsut walked a little, and went rollerblading around the block once.:( any ideas what to wear(other than black) to make you look slimmer?

gosh guys..i dont know if i did bad or not...for breakfast i had a toaster strudel and milk, for lunch i had a piece of pizza, corn, and some junior mints, and for dinner im having some chicken and mashed potatos...and for a snack i had a piece of swiss cheese! I know its not great..but i ran for 30 mintues and i lifted weights..so how does it sound? what if i was just trying to maintain weight..would that be good??

hey i've been doing good with my eating and everything....but today all my friends are either babysitting/cross country/at the beach. if i still watch my eating....have 3 healthy meals today and thats it(no snacks or dessert) is it ok if i just relax today and watch movies? there's only 4 days until school and just a day to myself sounds really nice. plus tomorrow me and my two friends are going on a shopping spree for school so i should get lots of walking in tomorrow. so anyways, is that ok if i'm lazy today? will it hurt me? thanks

hey i wrote on here yesterday about losing weight and wanting toning tips, 4 the ppl who wanted to know how i did it i went shopping, ate 6 v. small meals a day and cut out crisps! ( the shopping counted as my exercise as i kinda run around like mad for over 5 hours!)hope this helps at least a lil bit! xxx
