Ht. 5.4, Wt. 150 - Can someone tell me what they think of this eating plan and what should be added and what should i get rid of. 3-4 small apples for breakfest and glass of water.no snack in between breakfest and lunch except water. LUNCH taco salad with no dressing or taco just the meat, cheese, tamoto, lettace. Snack some fruits. Don't eat anything after 5:00 so i eat supper early a sandwich on rye bread which has 60 cals a slice and some peices of cheese and water.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 137 - Hey ppl, I just bought these things called salad pockets and they are these whole wheat pita bread sort of thing that is closed on one end like a pocket. There are only 80 calories and it is really good. You pretty much make a small salad in the pocket so its like a sandwhich and it is really good. Or you can just have like lettuce and tuna or lettuce and chicken or something. I had one and they are very very good. You get 6 for $1.99. Everyone should try them because they are low calorie and the stuff you put in it is negative calories. They are soooo good, healthy and filling.

Ht. 5"5', Wt. 154 - Okay this is off topic like totally not even about our bodies. Has anyone had to read Lord of the Flies for school....I have....can you tell me what the rising action was, falling, climax was I know the theme and protagonist but I'm not sure if I got the other three right were having a test on it like the first day of school (I'm in honors) so I don't want to do bad...thanks...by the way it's a really boring book in my opion.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 151 - oh i did so bad!!! Last night i went to mexican food with my mom and i thought i did okay cause i only ate like 1/4 of the burrito but then i ate the rest later!! dammit!this morning i weighed myself and the scale said i gained 1 pound!!! i just shouldn't eat out at all!

1set ( 50 crunches, 30 oblique crunches, 30 leg lifts, and thirty flutter kicks if you have a question on how todo those just say so)
im on three and half sets a day right now tomorrow im going up to four
for my arms i do right now 30 pushups, 30 arm raises with a five pound weight.. for my legs i do seventy squats
this does seem like a lot but really if you take breaks in between it takes about an hour so its fine also i do running or biking for my cardio it is soo great!

Ht. ......, Wt. ..... - Hey- I just thought id let yall know something. I know alot of yall drink DIET drinks. All of them have a toxic poision called ASPARTAME, if you drink it alot, your at risk for headache-migranes * seizures* Nausea and numbness* Depression* WEIGHT GAIN*** it also mimicks the signs of MS,(or multiple sclorosis) hearing loss, irritability, tachycardia, insomnia, and long tern FATAL diseases such as cancer, and memory loss!!! So i switched to only WATER!!! Good luck everyone!! :)

Ht. .., Wt. .. - ok, i have a question...im not saying u guys are doctors so bare with me. Well, i'v elost about 20 pounds whil eon my diet of 6 months. but all i did was eat 1200 calories a day and eat basically anything i wanted on sundays! BUT i was wondering about the exersice aspect of it , lik ei havent exersiced at all to loss weight. I really hate exercising cause I feel like Im gonna die,...like its that hard. but i think it might help me loss weight faster. Is there anything that u guys use that u guarentee will help me...(like something that halped u)...and also, how much does exersice help? 2 questions in 1 i guess, lol..thanx..oh plz comment bak

im gonna get a four pack by christmas thats 129 days now it was 136 when i started but things have been going good except for my eating i pig out when i get home from school whether im hungry or not so i eat breakfast but not lunch so i can have some calories when i cant control myself but if you think about it its not all that bad because i eat breakfast at eight and get home at three thiry i know its a while but i have tried everything to stop myself from pigging out if yall have any suggestions please tell me because it cant be helpful not eating at lunch ...but good news i already lost an inch from my stomach doing my four pack by christmas plan woohoo oh and by the way this isnt one of those fad diet thingys its an excersize routine i have made up and it seems to work so yeah..well please help me out if you can and if not please comment anyway
