I really want to be looking healthy..i don't have to be really skinny...I just want to look healthy enough to go in a bikini this summer. I'm trying out for track at my school. I can run a lot even if I am overweight, since I play soccer, so i could do everything...How much weight do you think i'll loose by the summer if I'm doing soccer 5 hours a week, and track 10 hours a week, since it's probably 2 hours after school? I used to post daily... what happened to me? Anyways, I talked to my Gym coach on my last day of Gym last week because next quarter I have Health. I'm afraid to leave because in Gym we run alot and it seems to be helping and my soccer season is over and other than soccer and Gym, all I do for excersize is ride my bike. Coach said that riding bikes are good, but only if you pedal most of the time. If you glide the whole time, that's not good. He said that I need to be running on my own. I really want to make him proud, so next year I'll look thin and healthy for him. He's been my coach since 6th grade (last year), and this year, and I'll have him for the last time next year in 8th grade. I want to lose weight for me and for him! I just eat too much.
