By the way, Total Body Sculpt With Gilad and All Star Workouts are on FitTV if you have that channel and the other two shows are on Lifetime. I TiVo them so I do not know what time they are on, sorry! Oh, and next week I only have to go to school on Teusday! Mon. is MLK Day and Wed.-Fri. is Camp Cimi! I got to be roomates with all of my friends and I am really excited!Good luck to everyone and please post how you think my list is! Thanks so much! Love Lindsey (view less)

I weighed in at 166.4 and I also tried on a bunch of dress clothes that I hadn't worn in ages. Some stuff still won't fit but it's getting easier to slip into. I bought a really hot black shirt last year and a pretty black skirt, size XL and 16. Well now I'm wedging between a 12 and 14 in sizes so the skirt definitely was too big. The shirt actually fit well, nice slender lines and everything. I also tried on a dress I hadn't worn since i was 10lbs heavier back in April, and I'm starting to look better. I even saw a few photos of myself from last year and I was shocked! My face had been so puffy and I looked a lot more inflated! Just remember that sometimes you don't realize how far you've come!

Please please PLEASE don't do this or any other fad diet, "natural" or "herbal" or "detox" diet aid, or anything else like that! I have a friend who was really overweight and by the next school year (3 months later) she had starved away 80lbs! Now she really doesn't eat that much and I'm sure she doesn't eat balanced, nutritional foods when she does because she basically just didn't eat at all before. It's a stupid idea, and now this girl has totally changed her personality and we're not even friends anymore. Do it the ONLY, healthy way!

Last night I was really discouraged that I was stuck on a plateau, but I stopped whining and decided to make a "mood booster" poster. I included long and short terms goals (health wise and other things besides weight but weight-related), current mini goals (till I reach my short terms goals), accomplishments so far, my weight and measurements, and a few statements, like why I want to loose weight, and "When I reach my ultimate goal I'll celebrate by...". It really helps! :0) Also, if you go to http://www.weightwatchers.com and type in "weight plateaus" (without the " marks of course!), then click on "see all 9 results" you'll get some great info on restarting weight loss!

I gained my weight back, but I want to lose at least 2 pounds by January 17 because that is when I go to marine biology camp for three days with most of the sixth grade. I have to wear a wet suit and stuff and I want to look a little better than I do now. I know I ccan do it! Anyways, here is my food for today... Breakfast: 1 packet oatmeal and half of a banana (about 200 calories) Lunch: Chicken in peanut sauce Lean Cuisine, and a Diet Coke (About 420 calories). Tonight I am going to Sam's Club so I will probably have a slice of cheese pizza and blot it with a small fruit tray (snack size). For excersize so far today I did vaccuming for an hour which burns 288 calories, I checked it on toneteen.com. I have also done a little bit of jumping randomly. So how do you think I did? I think I did pretty well today. Thanks for your opinion! Love, Lindsey
