Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - My day was pretty good...until at school we had this holiday party. I had three or four things, but hey, I skipped a couple cookies plus a ton of candy and other sugar-filled sweets. I ate only what I really wanted. The rest of the day was: Breakfast: 1 whole grain waffle with peanut butter and banana/Lunch: low fat ham and cheese sandwhich on whole wheat bread, fat free pudding/Dinner: Healthy Choice chicken Tuscany frozen dinner (chicken in pasta with vegetables and cherries). Not great. But I'll probably have a fat free yogurt later and maybe another piece of fruit. Then I'll be done. Better to just get thought it and move on than get super depressed. I'm trying to just maintain until after the new year!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Sorry to double post but food today: Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin (190) with Weight Watchers yogurt (100)~~1 grain, 1 dairy~~/Snack: Nutri-Grain Bar (140)~~1 grain~~/Lunch: Healthy Choice pot-roast soup (160), 2 slices of bread (200) with 1 tb Smart Balance spread (100), Kozy Shack pudding (120)~~1 starchy veggie, 1 "free" vegetable, 2 grains, 1 condiment, 1 dairy/Snack: large apple (150) with 2tb. peanut butter (200)~~1 fruit, 2 proteins~~/Dinner: idk but hopeful something with proteins and veggies/Dessert: 1 glass fat free milk (100) and banana (100)~~1 dairy, 1 fruit~~

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 144 - Hi everyone, i'm ally.I need some help. Last week i brought a pair of jeans and i fit in to them perfectly. Except now i dont know what happened. I just started eating bigger meals and i think my stomach got bigger.Help! any suggestions?

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey people! Well I'm not posting my food yet, but anyways I'm stuck on a pleatu. Last time I was on a pleatu it took me like 4 monthj to break it! Seriously! In May I was like 175 or something now I am 167, but I've only lost 1 lbs since, like, September!!!!! I eat well on most days. I lost my appetiite for soda and greasy foods. SO really right now I think I just need to exercise. And food-wise i am satisfied with my progress except 1.) I eat to much bread 2.) I need more fruits 3.) I need more veggies. Otherwise I think I'm good. And I plan to let myself let go a few times until after New Year, when I won't have as many temptations. I mean I'm not going to start binging or anything, I'll just slid a little more. :0) P.S I'm so happy because today I just found out I was selected to take a scholarship test for high school!!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Okay well because I've been sick I have homework to catch up on...so I can't do my normal food diary today. This is what I ate: Brekafast lowfat cheese toast (1 grian, 1 dairy), 1 cup low fat cocoa~~the one with antioxidents~~(1 dairy)/Snack 1 oz. peanuts (1 protein)/Lunch: small slice of meatloaf, 3 small low fat pieorgi (1 protein, 1 grain, 1 starchy veggie)/Snack:1 banana, 1 cup fat free milk (1 fruit, 1 dairy)/ Dinner: ink but hopefully something with proteins and veggies/Dessert: baked apple (1 fruit), slice of fat free No-Pudge brownies (homemade)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey everyone. Well listen I haven't been on in a few days because I've been sick since Friday. I have an awful, awful cold, I'm not in school today and I haven't been eating great...plus Ive been living off of soup so I gained a little water weight..uggg...today I'm trying to get back on track! I haven't been able to even leave the house. Hopefully I'll be back in school by Wed.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Okay, my mom used to like really skinny, like so skinny people thought she was bulimic or anorexic. Anyways she is 6'2" and was a size 8 and her old clothes don't even fit me right now! Ugh! Now my mom is not that skinny because she had my brother and never really got on the bandwagon again. But iit is not fair! I want to be able to be smaller or the same as she was! I CAN DO THIS!!!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 140 - i grew an inch! yeah! ! he he well i havn't lost any weight and i havn't gained any so that's good too! i am going to lose 25 lb. though! i know i am becuase i have do it lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well i can't really do that many excersise rite now cuz my back is really hurting so if i do excersise it will hurt alot so any tips on what excersise to do even though my back hurts!!!!!!!! i'll take all the help i can get!
