I'll try to get in some more calcium/fruit if possible. I didin't really do any exercises becuase I had to get a CT scan and was in the docotr's for 2 hours. :0)

Also, even though I'm on pleatu right now, I think I lost some inches! My waist is 37" from like 38", my thighs are 25.5" from 27-28", and my hips are 42" form 44". SO with just a few inches lost (anout 5.5) and 14lbs I dropped one dress size. :0) Is itll have A LONG WAY BEFORE i'M 145-150 but i can wait.

For a snack I had a fat free frozen yogurt. FOr lunch I went out with my aunt, so I deicded to splurge (NOT BINGE!!!) and get a plate with chicken fingers and fries. I amde sure the portions were small. I decided that from now on, since i never drink soda, when I do I can aregular one. I'd rather have sugar/calories than artificial sweetners. So a good tip is to dip your fries so you won't be pouring stuff on them, and I filled up half oa glass with soda and then I had a glas fo water. Walking was like 2 hours around this big shopping center, both inside and outside. FOr dinner I'm gonna have a ematball sandwhich and light pasat salad. I didn't do that well, but I deicded it was okay to slurge. DOn't use a treat as an excuse to pig out. Just enjoy it and move on.

In the past few days I've been really concious about not taking seonc portions. Not adab more gravy or a spoonful more string beans. I ask myself, Am I full and satidified? The snawer is usally yes. Then I remind myself I am nt a dishwasher. I don't need ot clean my plate, and I want the extra foodnjust for the aste. SO I stop myself. It works! Oh, and I was oober excited yesterday I bought apair of size 14 strentch skinny jeans...they look aweomse! I was never confident enough to wear them before. I feel back in control of my eating. I know I'm alreayd starting to feelbetter about myself, becuase I'm berver going to be skiny. MY goal weight (set by my doc) is 145-150lbs, so I might end up being a 8 or 10 I hope. That would rock!

I had a big breakfast with Breana's neighbors ( I spent the night) and skipped lunch, well kind of. I ate one plate of food with the normal stuff, like turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, greenbeans, stuff like that. But it was on one dinner-sized plate. Then for dessert, my mom and I got a plate with a sliver of pecan pie, 2 cookis, one small cake thing, a sliver of pumpkin pie, and 2 brownie bites and took little bites of everything with my Nana. Then we went to the movies and I took a SoBe life water and one handful of popcon and that is it. (By the way, I liked it, it was Flushed Away) Then my friend Beckyand I went on my treadmill for 30 minutes each, which burned about 250 calories. Then we got hungry so we had a piece of toast and half a can of soup each, which filled us up. So how do you think I did? I never really felt stuffed at all. Thanks for your opinions!

From girl in help, Age 12 - 11/24/06 - IP#: 71.103.42.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'0", Wt. 173 - man, i dont think i did so good in my eating portions this thanksgiving.i was using a butten shirt which was already tight and my mom used the big plates so i got like 5 big servings pritty soon i sow that my shirt was aboutto burst open but i cept on eating then it happend two buttens just poped off and ruined my shirt.so i changed into another one.then me and my cousines just layed in bed watching T.V for like3 hours.and every other time i got up and ate a piece of pie or another full plate.then when it was time for my relitaves to go i ate one more piece of pie with alot of whipped cream, some chips and went to bed as full as i've ever been!
