AND i GOTTA CATCH THE BUS BY 10:00 A.M. Anyway. I thought some people might want an update for inspiration. Well read the My Story I wrote and and well I was 5 4" and 184lbs. in Feb. 2006 nw it's December 2006 and I am 5 5" and 167 lbs! I want to loose 3 more lbs so I can say I'll have lost 20 lbs! (you know Valentine's day and dance asnd all are coming up!) ultimatly my docotr said I'd be great at 145-150 so I hope to be that by next year and by May (my graduation) I'd like to be 160 or so it would be aweosme! So in almost 1 year I lost 20lbs!! May not seem like much, but beleive me it is!!!

Food was not excellen today but not too bad, and I can't wait til tmoorrow cuase I'm goin to NYC on a school trip and will be walkin aropund all day!!! Then on Sunday I'm going to this huge natural environment park to walk around and look at the 100s of decorated gardens! Breakfast: lowfat cheese toast, apple with peanut butter, skim milk/Snack: none/Lunch: lowfat lasangna, lowfat low sugar yogurt, lowfat cereal bar/Snack: South Beacj Diet Whole Wheat Snack Crackers with miini can of V8 Splash 70% less sodium/DInner: fat free hot dog on bun, strng beans, broccoli, and roasted potatoes seasoned with onion and olive oil/Dessert: 1 square of dark chocolate , a bite of this pastry thing but it was nasty so I threw it out (my parents wanted me to try it) and lowfat ice cream. Not great. But did I still do, well can I still be considered OK?

I might sneak in a few pushups, but generally I'm taking it easy becuase anyway tomorrow we have gym and our teacher's a hard=core kick-boxing instructor! BreakfastL: 2 slices lowfat french toast with sugar free syrup, skim milk/Snack (none, I fell asleep for 3 hours!)/Lunch: lean pork sandwhich (fresh, so I know the cut is lean casue we bought it), surkraut with 1 lowfat piero (a srving is three), and a lowfat yogurt with no artificial sweetners and 25% oess sugar. I lan on having some grapes and an almond bar for a snack later on. I don't know abotu dinner but I hope it has a lot of veggies, and for sessert I'll have a baked apple with a scoop of lowfat ice cream. Sound okay?

How'd I do? Oh, when the mood strikes, usually 2-3 times a week, my docotr said I could have like a cookie or piece of chcooate to keep my cravings under control and I'll be satisifed and happy. It also banishes the urge to eat more junk if you just have what you really want! Oh and i know I'm still on my period but I weighed 166.8 today, I probably weigh a little more but I'm okay!

I'm also realkly porud of myself becuase at the Brekafast With Santa I had no donuts or cookies or any food, just ajuice box becuase I was thirtsy! :0) How did I do??
