Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Oh and food today so far: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat french toats with sugar free syrup, skim milk/Snack: grapes, lowfat organic string cheese/Lunch: vegetable soup, 2 small pieces of Italian bread, water/Snack: yogurt, almond health bar/Dinner: split pea and veggie stew, surkraut, small piece of drak chocolate, baked pear/Exercise: 30 min cardio/strength trianing tape from Weight Watchers. How'd I do? Oh, when the mood strikes, usually 2-3 times a week, my docotr said I could have like a cookie or piece of chcooate to keep my cravings under control and I'll be satisifed and happy. It also banishes the urge to eat more junk if you just have what you really want! Oh and i know I'm still on my period but I weighed 166.8 today, I probably weigh a little more but I'm okay!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfast: 3 whole grain fat free pancakes, one slice Candian bacon (lean ham), lowfat hot cocoa (the ones with antioxidents) made with skim milk/Lunch: 1 small slice cheese pizza, 2 lowfat pierogi (made with olive oil, not butter), broccoli and spinach/DInner: split pea soup, some kind of other veggie/Dessert: probably 1 scoop lowfat ice cream with strawberries/Esercise: going up and down stairs all afternoon (I had to help the Lunch with Santa at my school). I'm also realkly porud of myself becuase at the Brekafast With Santa I had no donuts or cookies or any food, just ajuice box becuase I was thirtsy! :0) How did I do??

Ht. 5'0", Wt. 599 - the numbers dont go up hi enouhg i really weigh about 615.. dont make fun of me. my belly hangs over about a foot and a half from my pant line and i am starting to form brests.. im so fat i cant stnad myself. kids at school poke my stomach because im so fat and i can barley fit into my desk! please help me! my brother nathan is so skinnny!! im jelous.. :(

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 160 - Howdy ya'll! Here is my food today so far: Breakfast- 4 pieces bacon, rasberry yogurt (about 300 calories) Lunch- McDonalds Bacon Ranch salad, apple, and Diet Coke (about 600 calories) I have no idea what I am going to eat later,and I don't know what I will do for excersizing except for shopping with my friend. So how did I do so far? I will try and post the rest of my food and excersize later. Good luck to all of you!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food today: Breakfsat lowfat cheese toast, strawberries/Lunch: 3 leftover lowfat piergi ( made iwht olive oil, not butter), string beans/Snack: appple and 25%less sugar yogurt/DInner; a little bit of pork roast, suarkraut, cool-whip Jello mold, skim milk. Hopefully there will be sallad at dinner. I was doing an interview all afternoon so I couldn t work out or anything! Ahhh!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 163 - I am going to lose weight. I AM going to. I have tried in the past but have not succeeded. I will this time though! Okay, I had to motivate myself, but there is something I wanted to tell you. My mom said she would pay me $25 every 5 pounds I lose, but I have to pay her every time I GAIN 5 pounds! It sounds good to me! And if I get some money, I will use it on some new, smaller clothes, and maybe even a graduation dress! Oh, I am so excited, I just want to scream! I can't wait to lose the weight! I have a really good reson to now! Besides, my mama told me she would by me a whole new wardrobe if I lost enough weight that my clothes would be too big! I HAVE TO DO THIS!!!!

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Food tofay: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfat French toast w/ sugar fre syrup and strawberries, skim milk/Lunch: 2 lowfat meatballs and 1 very smal slice of plain cheese pizza/Snack: lowfat mixed berry graonla bar/Dinner: salald, brocli rabe, 6 (a serving) of boxed pierogi (3grams saturated fat total, no trans fats) with a dab of Organic Smart Balalnce spread, baked pera. No exercise today, I have a high school intervbiew tomorrow and will be work my butt of tryin to finish my project! And the reason I didin't eat that much for snacks today was becuase I wasn't hungry between meals. GO figure.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - THANX FOR ALL THE ADVICE GIRLS!!! O.K. so i just got my period today, maybe thta could be the weiggjt gain?? Oh I won't make up excuses, but anyway I just wanted to share an aesome snacl idea with you all. First, cut up some cucumber sslices, carrots, etc. and pu t them in a small bowl. GEt an avacado and mash it up, adding abit of tomatoes and onions and maybe a dash of salt (of course in seperate plate) then take your veggies and dip them in and yummmy! They're so good! :0)

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 167 - Hey evryone! I just weghed myself today...I lied last week I weigh 169.8 and I though it was just water weight or somethin but now I am 169.8 :0( after the holidays it was crazy. ALthough I've lost inches, so maybe it's a little bit of muscle?? Fod today: Breakfast: 2 slices lowfaat french toast w/ sugar free syrup, strawberries, skim milk/Snack: lowfat mixed bery sereal bar, low fat organic string cheese/Lunch: Healthy Choice chicken gumbo soup, lowfat yogurt, grapes/Snack: 1 whole cucmber cut up into slices with 2 tb of this awesome guacamole dip (avacad, a good fat, with diced tomatoe and oniopns on top) no added salt or anything and it was deeeeelish! Dinner: (plan) 1 slice lowfat pizza, brocli rabe, some other carb and/or veggie porbably, LOL/Exercise: none, way too sore from yesterday! Oh and I have jewlry class from 6-8 (before dinner) so I'll probably have an almond bar before i leave. How'd I do??
