Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. S: 184 N:169 CG: 165 - I thnk it's becuase I'm gonna get my period, but today I wieghed myself and I was 169 and not 167. But oh well it's a new month! I's like to be 165 by Christmas. (cg+ current goal) my ultimate goal is 145. Food today: Breakfast: 2 fat free whole grian pancakes with chopped 1/2 of a banana, 2tbs. of sugar free syrup (I'm not going to use it anymore. artificial sweetners! eegad! they're so bad for you!)/no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: grapes/Lunch: lowfat ham and cheese sandwhich on Italian role, water, South Beach Diet Peanut Butter cookies/Snack: lowfat yogurt with dried apple crunchies inside/Dinner: (plan) two unbreaded, backed, lean chicken drumsticks, baked potatoe with light sour cream and salsa, salad, pudding. Exercise: I'm not sure. It depends how much time I have I will eiither do my 30 workout of my intense 10min. ab routinwith ten weight lifts.

S: 184 N:167 G: 145 - Breakfast: 1/2 pumpin muffin, fruit cup, no sugar added hot cocoa/Snack: Goldfish pouch, 1/4 cup 100% unsweetened unsalted peacan halves/Lunch: Healthy CHoice chicken alfredo (includes veggie medley and cheery crisp)/Snack: bowl of veggie soup, half a whole wheat role w/ Smart Balalnce/Dinner: sauted ham and roasted potatoes, salad, broccoli/Dessert: (if I have it) yogurt whip, 1/2 cup of lowfat ice cream, or square of dark chocolate./Exercise: 10 min of intense cardio/ strength trainng abs wotrkoud dvd, 10 weight lifts. How did I do?

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 167 - ok guys tell me how im doing!~4 breakfast i had a peice of toast with nothing on it~lunch i had a lean cuazine and water~snack i had lowfat pizza rolls and oj~for dinner i had another lean cuazine~and for desert i had a couple of cookies and a small glass of milk. i think i am doing better
