Food today: Breakfast: Amy's organic frozen spinach and feta pocket, 1 cup strawberries w/ fat free Reddi Whip/Lunch: 1 sliver of leftover peperoni pizza, 1 cup veggie soup/Dinner: 1 serving cornish hen, 1 pepper stuffed with cornbread dressing (homemeade, not that boxed crap), pumpkin, squah, Reece's pb cup. How'd i do?

Ht. 4'11'', Wt. 138 - help! my legs are so fat and i want them to be skinnier by dec 4 cuz thats when we start the swimming unit in gym. but before that we start the workout unit cuz my school has a lot of excersize equipment and stuff so im hoping that helps but im not aloud in my local gym until im 14 so it really sucks and i cant go excercize outside as much cuz i live in mn and its already started to snow a little HElP

Ht. 5ft. 5in., Wt. 168lbs. - Hey all. MY party was a total blow-out yesterday! I mean it was fun, but for some odd reason I chowed down on just about everything in sight yesterday..2 slices of pizza, cheese and crackers, 2 pieces of chocolate cake and a ton of candy! It's super weird whenever I get my perid I crave these insae things i never eat and usually don't miss so then I can't stop myself from eating them! bUt I can't beat myself up...next time my plan is to eat a small portion of stuff and suck on mints to avoid second portions I don't really want.
P.S I had a balanced diner before the party! I'm so shocked that I got so out of control!

Ht. 4 11, Wt. 134 - i have ate sooooo bad today i ate almost a whole batch of brownies and i started to eat ice cream but it had frost bite and i feel bad cuz i ate brownies but tomorrow i am starting dance classes and i am not eating any fat foods oh and u know that diet thing that i posted i am going to start it tomorrow to see if it even works and if it does i'll u peoples

Food today: Breakfast: Weight Watchers muffin, fDOel fruit and parfait cup/Snack: South Beach cookies/Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwhcih on whole wheat bread, fat free yogurt/SNack: cup of ministone soup, sugar free pudding/DInner: WW turkey dinner w/ string beans and probably a little slice of birthday cake becuase I'm going to my friends party tonight! I am well aware that I eat too many sweets for snacks and too much sugar...besides the sugar anyhow like the cookies have no actual nutrients. But you see I've taken my weight losss in steps,, like cutting out soda gradually, not putting butter on my bread, not having second portions, etc. I think the next step will be to eat fruit instead of sweets, more whole grains, and milk(proven to keep people slim and healthy).
